01. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala started his journey with ₹5000 and in 2022 his total wealth became ₹11,000 crores and he has been the top investor of India. So how did all this happen? He chose the right multibagger stock Titan and earned Rs 6000 crore in Titan alone. So as I told you, his journey started with just ₹5,000.

02. So the whole story is that if you find the right stock, which are the multibagger stocks which can become very big value from a very small value, multibagger means that they can make you earn a lot of money. But now this concept of finding stocks , this theory, there are many theories as to how you can choose a multibagger ?

03. Which are the small cap stocks that can become large cap stocks in the future? But there is a huge risk. Suppose you have selected a multibagger stock. You invested money in it and you keep saying that I am ready to wait for 10 to 20 years. But after that will he be able to generate huge wealth? So what is the risk in this, the risk is also that who knows what will happen after 10 years.

04. After 20 to 30 years, technology is also changing. A lot is changing in the world. Very fast change is happening. So it can also happen that the stock you have chosen may not become a multibagger but may not even remain as it is and your money may also get lost in it and this happens very often because there are many stories of people who have sunk in the stock market and very few stories of successful people.

05. So why not do something like this that we choose multibagger stocks which will definitely make us earn a lot of money and most likely make us earn money. Our chances of drowning are very less. How will this happen now? So what happens generally? There is a way by which you can increase your wealth by 100 or 200 times in 20 to 30 years.

06. As you know, there is SIP which is called Systematic Investment Policy. Meaning you invest money every month or at some regular interval. One method is this and the other method is Lamsam. So you invest more money collectively or you invest when the market falls significantly. You use it in such situations.

07. But we are talking about how we have to find stocks which are multibaggers. How he got us the right stock. Where do we have to invest the money? Whether we invest that money through SIP. We can invest it little by little or we can invest the money collectively. Apply lump sum in one go. So I am going to tell you that if you want to invest sincerely in the stock market, want to invest for the long term, either for your retirement or you are investing for your children, then you will have to become a senior investor and start investing right now.

08. Like Rakesh Jhunjhunwala ji started investing at a very young age, so it takes time. Trading is one thing. Being successful in trading is much more difficult. But if you have patience in investment and you start the right thing at the right time, then you can become a very good investor and create a lot of wealth.

09. So we are going to understand everything. It is very important. You will also get to learn a lot of new things in this. So if you have not subscribed to the channel then please do so quickly. So before that let us see some special information which I have collected here in tabular form. Let us see a little information about how you can get multibagger stocks and how much return you can get from the ones you get.

10. So the most important thing which is the most important thing which we should know first is about Nifty. What is NiFi? I think you know. But still let me tell you briefly that Nifty is a combination of 50 stocks and among those 50 stocks, there are top 50 stocks of India which we call large cap stocks.

11. We divide all the companies according to their market capital. What is market capital? Meaning, whatever is the value of the stock and all the stocks available in the entire market, if you multiply them then the total capital of the stock comes out, that is, how much money is invested in it and if that money is more than 2000 crores then it is called large cap stock and if it is less than 2000 crores then it is called mid cap.

12. If it is less than Rs 5000 crore then it is called small cap. So these are three types of categories. Small cap stocks are generally called new companies and new companies have a higher chance of growth. And large cap companies have less chances of expansion. But large cap companies are already established and have less risk.

13. But the small cap companies are not established yet. Therefore, there is more risk in them. Those companies may go bankrupt. Those companies are generally working on debt. And the mid cap company will not be that big. Right now there will be scope for growth in it but the risk will also be less. The risk in this will be less than the risk in small caps.

14. So these are three types of companies. But Nifty 50 remains composed of the top 50 large cap stocks. And if any large cap company stops performing, starts falling, its stock price starts falling, its performance decreases , then Nifty 50, that stock is removed from it and a new stock which is the next stock is added.

15. So NIFI 50 is something that will always perform because it has the top 50 stocks of India. So, Nifty represents the growth story of India. So Nifty can never be zero. Nifty can never sink. And Nifty because it has top stocks. If India is performing, Nifty will perform. So I think this is very important.

16. If you want to make long term investment then this is very important information. So let us see a little about how Nifty has performed. So Nifty 50 is the name of the index and I have written its returns for the last 10 years. Last 10 years is just talking about 10 years. There have been 234% returns in the last 10 years.

17. What exactly does 234% mean? Let me clear the confusion. Your money has grown 3.3 times in 10 years. So if you had invested Rs 1 lakh 10 years ago, it has become Rs 3,30,000. Ok? If you wanted to invest in it, you could have done it through ETF. We will come to this a little later and see all the things like ETF current price etc.

18. First let us see how much its growth was. If you had invested the money in 10 years, it would have increased 3.3 times. But if you had invested this money for 20 years, it would have increased 11 times. And if you had invested it for 30 years, your money would have increased 36 times. Now you have to invest in multibagger stocks.

19. Let us see what would have happened if you had invested in Nifty. If you had invested in Nifty for 30 years, your money would have increased 36 times and that too with complete safety. Ok? If you are choosing multibagger, you have a huge risk in it. If you invest too much money, you may lose the entire amount.

20. So you are making a plan. If you are doing long term planning for your children's education or for your pension, then you would not want your money to get lost. He should remain secure. So what does 36 times mean in the long term? If you invest Rs 1 lakh or Rs 10,000, you will get Rs 3600 in 30 years.

21. You will say it is a little less. I want more. If we increase it a little more, the risk will also increase a little. But what is its solution ? Generally, when our risk increases, when our risk increases, then we do not change one thing completely. We always take it as the most secure thing. We invest more money in the most secure thing and then we invest less money in the next less secure thing.

22. But we definitely invest because our portfolio should be made so that our risk is also within a limit. But we also got good rewards. So now let's look at another thing, NFT Next 50. What is Nifty Next 50? The top 50 stocks of Nifty, after that the next 50 stocks, we call them Nifty Next 50. You can also call it Nifty Junior.

23. If you had invested money in this, the money would have grown by 306% in 10 years and four times in 10 years and 64 times in 30 years. That means if you invested in Nifty, double that. Ok ? That means if you had invested Rs 1 lakh, then Rs 64 lakh almost came close to Rs 1 crore and it came with complete safety.

24. The multibagger stocks that you are calling, are the multibagger indices themselves. I want to tell you that the index that we have in India, the index that we are trading in, that index itself is a multibagger stock and is with complete safety. These contain all the top stocks and provide complete safety and the money gets compounded.

25. Compound means that the money you invest will keep giving you money. The money that comes from it, the money that is earned from it, will automatically get reinvested further and your money can be converted into a huge amount and a lot of wealth will be created for you. Now let's look a little further.

26. The most interesting ones come in mid caps. This mid-cap index, Nifty Mid 150, has 150 stocks. What are the 150 stocks? These are mid- cap stocks. Top 150 stocks in India. How much growth has been achieved in this? You see, your money has increased 200 times in 30 years. Your money has increased 200 times in 30 years.

27. Again, if you look at the numbers, if you had Rs 1 lakh, it became Rs 2 crore. 1 lakh to 2 crore. So this is the multibagger and where else is the multibagger? This is a multibagger. We are looking at these multibagger stocks and want to invest in them. But along with this we are getting complete safety.

28. Right? Safety of index is being provided. What is the safety of the index? As I told you, if a stock does not perform, it is removed and the next performing stock is included in the calculation of that index. Therefore, the index never gets affected due to a single stock performing very poorly. The index will choose the next stock and its performance will remain intact.

29. Therefore, the curves of the index quickly become straight. The indexes always go up. You will find small jerks in between in any stock. If you are investing in the stock market, wars will also keep happening. Corona will also keep coming. Just like the virus came, there will be an epidemic spreading all over the world.

30. Recessions also occur every few years, after 3 to 4 years or every 5 years. Stock prices fall for a variety of reasons. All this will continue. But if you are investing for the long term, if you use SIP, if you invest in monthly installments , then you feel more secure and safe investing than lump sum.

31. But it is your choice. You can deposit some amount in lump sum and some amount monthly. Or you can decide that whenever there are big dips in the market, you will invest big money. If you want to make money in the stock market with safety then index is the best choice for you. You should invest in the index.

32. Lastly, I am telling you about small cap stocks. There is also an index for small cap stocks, Nifty Cap 250. It has a selection of 250 stocks which are the top small cap stocks. These small cap stocks also made your money 100 times. Ok? So you can make a portfolio by combining these and deciding what you want in what ratio.

33. According to me this should be the maximum ratio and you can then divide it into ratios. You can make the ratio further lower. Decreasing order of the ratios because the highest risk is in small caps. But because it's indexed. You don't have to take on the risk that you get by buying a stock. And if you wish, if you take it for 20 years, then you will see that you are getting the money for that many times.

34. If you do it for 20 years, actually wealth growth is more in the long term. You can try taking the 30 years of Harajan. You will get a lot of wealth growth. And now let us see how you have to invest money in it. To invest money, it is not necessary that you go into mutual funds only. Another way to invest money is through exchange traded funds ( ETFs).

35. You can also invest in ETFs. Nothing is needed for this. All you need to do is open a demat account. If you want to open a demat account in Zerodha, I have given the link in the description. So you open a demat account and in that you invest money in stocks, like you want to buy a stock, for example, if a stock is worth ₹100, you can buy a stock by investing ₹100.

36. Similarly, you can also buy ETFs. The value of ETF is directly derived from the price of Nifty or any index and you can get ETF at a very cheap price. I have mentioned ETFs here. Which ETFs are for which index? Like for Nifty 50 it is Nifty 20. Next is Junior 20 for Nifty and Mid Cap ETF for Mid Cap.

37. And for small cap, HDFC SML 250, these are the names of all these ETFs. If you write this name, you will find it in the watch list inside your demat account. You can save them there in your watch list and if you want to buy them. I have told them their current prices and if you look at the prices then you can invest even at a very low value.

38. So I think all these concepts must have become clear to you. So fundamentally investing is different for everyone. Investment should be right and only through right investment you can create huge wealth and to do that you need right information. I hope you found this information useful.
