What's up everyone? It's Colfax money bus and what's an insane day in this market. My portfolio is at an all-time high. Total gains are sitting at almost half a million and the next target of course is going to be $1 million in total gains for the portfolio. Semiconductor chip stocks of the markets in general, everything moving higher with no fear or no pressure in sight as the markets continue to trade at all-time highs here, which is absolutely incredible to see.

So this right here is the state of the market. We got NASDAQ pushing higher. So QQQ's up another 2.3 percent on the day. We got the S&P 500 up over 83 basis points. We've got SMH at 566. I mean, it is up another 4.9, almost 5% here, hitting a brand new all-time highs. Not to mention a lot of semiconductor stocks.

I mean, if you come over to my semi watch list, everything is blowing up. Micron up another 15%, Intel up another 13%. We got Sandisk pushing up another um Sandisk was up another 16%. We got Intel, AMD up another 11% sitting at an all-time high. We got Qualcomm, AMAT, SMCI, ASML, Broadcom at $430. We got Nvidia pushing up 1.75% hitting a brand new all-time high at $217 per share.

So I mean, just an insane day. I was up a little bit over 30,000. Total gains sitting just shy of half a million dollars, um, is again absolutely crazy for me. Um, and then if you come over to the unemployment rate, because those numbers also did come out earlier today. So, if you come over to the high impact items, we are seeing non-farm payrolls.

So, job creation was significantly better than what the market was pricing in. So, we came in at about 115,000 jobs added in the month of April. Unemployment rate stays steady at 4.3%. Uh, with Michigan consumer sentiment numbers came in at 48.2. So, that's where we are, uh, for those numbers. So, Marco Rubio says US expects Iran response on peace deal today.

So, hopefully this weekend we're going to get some updates, but US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the US is expecting a response on Friday from Iran on the proposal to end the war. He says, and I quote, "We should know something today. We are expecting a response from them. Uh, we'll see what happens and what the response entails.

So, hope The hope is it's something that can put us into a serious process in negotiations moving forward. Um, Wall Street sees changing of the guard in AI as Intel AMD shares soar, while Nvidia lags. I I don't think that's true. Nvidia also did hit a brand new all-time high. The media just wants to make things crazy and just stir up conversation, but AMD's been doing very well.

It is trading at over 720 billion dollars of market cap. It is actually in fact at 742 billion. The rise of AMD to 742 billion is has been absolutely insane. Uh, just about a month ago this this thing was trading at 300 billion. And it's now at 742 billion. Things escalated very very quickly, to say the least, uh, in this market.

And then Michael Berry does not agree. He says that the market today feels a lot like the last months of 1999 and 2000 bubble here. So, Michael Burry of The Big Short fame is warning that the stock market's fixation on AI is beginning to resemble the final stages of the dot-com bubble. Absolutely non-stop AI, nobody's talking about anything else today is what Burry wrote in a Substack post on Friday after listening to financial television and radio coverage during a long drive.

And the investor best known for predicting US housing crash said stocks no longer reacting to meaningfully to economic data such as jobs reports or consumer sentiment in a logical way. The S&P 500 rose to a fresh record high after we got better than expected April jobs report. And stocks are not up or down because of jobs, consumer sentiment.

Um they are going straight up because they have been going straight up one on a two-letter thesis that everyone thinks they understand. Feeling like the last months of 1999 and 2000 bubble is what he is talking about. He compared the recent trajectory of the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index with the run-up that preceded the collapse of the technology stocks in March 2000.

The index is up more than 10% this week pushing its 2026 gains to 65%. Now, look, Michael Burry, as we already know, has been very, very bearish on the market for the longest time. He's always taking that contrarian bet or contrarian thesis where the markets are just going to crash every single time.

That being said, yes, of course, he's been more wrong than right. And I do think his warning is once again, just like a broken record, if you were calling for a crash every day, eventually you will be proven right. But, that being said, I do somewhat agree with the sentiment around the market, around the semiconductor stocks, around AI, that this is looking a lot like greed.

This is looking a lot like euphoria in this market. And I think we can all agree. I think a lot of the more experienced investors and traders see it. I think if I if you are that trader or investors who've been investing for let's say more than 5 years, then you see it. Then you do understand it because this is something that we have gone through before.

It's not the first time. It's not the second time. It's certainly not the last time. We have gone through these cycles where markets and stocks do go up parabolically. And then of course when the hype dies, the data survives when the market starts to kind of retreat a little bit. We start to see that correction.

We start to see that pullback. It's not a question of if it's a question of when that's going to happen. But that doesn't mean that we can't enjoy while it's happening, right? That doesn't mean that we can't participate while the markets are becoming more and more irrational. And that's the whole point is that for me, my strategy is to continue to invest, continue to stay long because I know the markets have the tendency, statistically speaking, for them to go higher more often than they go down.

So I want to bet on the long side. I want to take advantage of this market momentum, but I also want to be very careful and objective and understanding of the risks associated with this market momentum. And that's what makes us more balanced, more objective as investors and not being like overly bullish or overly bearish on the market.

So we just need to have a balanced approach, understand probability, understand statistic statistics, and know that okay, this can continue for a little bit longer, but that doesn't take away from the fact that there is still euphoria and greed in this market. So something to keep in mind of course as S&P 500 sits at an all-time high.

We're going to be updating our shopping list very soon. So by the end of this month I'm going to update the shopping list for everyone. Uh another half a trillion dollars worth of gains um in this market, and the total market cap for the S&P is now sitting at a whopping record high at 67 trillion dollars.

And the heat map can also kind of show you where the liquidity was coming out of and where it was going. Semiconductors, once again, sucking up all the liquidity here. We got Apple, Google, uh we got Amazon, Tesla. Tesla pushing up over 4% to $420 again, so that's very, very good to see. And the Money Vest Index is now further deeper into optimism at 3.61, but the Nasdaq is at 3.7 here um at the moment for the Money Vest Index.

So, very, very overbought right now. Uh again, if you come over to the RSI dashboard, you will see even more rare percentile. 96, 97 percentile is we're getting up to. So, this is a very overextended, overbought market, to say the least. Same thing with the Nasdaq as well. We are sitting at pretty overbought, overextended levels with an over 80 RSI.

An RSI that we haven't seen going back to as far as 2024. That was the last time you saw the RSI this high. And let's let's look at what happened back then. So, this was the 2024 RSI at over 78. In fact, we are higher than where we were back then. And then, the markets uh dropped a little bit over 15%.

So, we did see a 15, 16% drop the last time the RSI was as high as it is today, um and how overbought and overextended this market is. So, again, objectively speaking, we need to be careful given this market momentum, given this euphoria. I'm super happy about the gains. Look, I love it. I love seeing this, but at the same time, we cannot ignore the reality.

Apple pushing up to new all-time highs, up another 2%. Support level is going to stay put roughly around here at $288. Uh we got Amazon um also pushing higher. So, Amazon slightly pulling back a little bit, 264 is going to be that support. Again, quite overextended and overbought to the upside. Tesla with a huge breakout, so breaking out above this 415 uh resistance.

So, this right here is going to turn back into a support now for Tesla with a resistance all the way up to 475, 480 for Tesla moving forward. So, that is going to be that target to watch for Tesla next with a very strong support as I mentioned at 415, at 416 for Tesla. Nvidia sitting at a new all-time high, resistance is going to stay put at 215, at 216 for Nvidia with a very strong support sitting down at 197, 198 for Nvidia moving forward.

Advanced Micro Devices, brand new all-time high, we got a little bit of a gap to fill in on the downside, support level 359, 360 for Advanced Micro Devices and Broadcom also sitting at near all-time highs back up to $430. Uh resistance at 437, so this right here is going to be that level to watch with a very strong support down at 384 for Broadcom moving forward here.

Coming over to Meta Platforms and Meta here pulling back was one of the few names that was actually down on the day for Magnificent Seven and Technology. Support level is going to stay put roughly at 598, close to $600 for Meta, resistance all the way up to 683 for Meta right now with a little bit of a gap left after the earnings.

Netflix on the other hand continues to break down below $90, so that is going to stay put as a resistance for Netflix and support level is going to stay put roughly at $82. Once again, for Netflix we are seeing that breakdown and that is going to be that next target. Google on the other hand continues to move to the upside trading at near overbought, overstretched, and all-time high levels.

Support level is going to stay put at $351 for Google here. So, again, a very, very strong momentum coming in from 272, a 45% jump coming in from the end of March here. And finally, coming over to Microsoft and Palantir, Microsoft also one of the fewer names, both Microsoft and Meta struggling a little bit on the day.

Support level's going to stay put at 410-411 with a resistance all the way up to 434-435. And finally, coming over to Palantir, which is still struggling a little bit, uh trading down to 137, getting rejected at these lower highs. Support level is going to stay put right about here, 135-136 down to 125 for Palantir.

Um Ethereum sitting at just over $2,300. So, again, consolidating sideways for the most part, struggling at that resistance at 2,400. I think the bill is going to get its first vote in the Senate uh later this month, I think. Uh so, that again, this could be a potential big bullish signal for crypto moving forward with Bitcoin also sitting at just over 79, almost $80,000 right now with a resistance up to 83, $84,000.

And market breadth continues to actually get worse as the markets are pushing higher. So, we're getting new all-time highs on weaker market breadth. That clearly is evident of how concentrated this rally is. So, thank you so much for joining. Again, link's going to be down below if you're interested in becoming a part of our MoneyVest community.
