So friends, did you know that the person who did not even have 14 rupees to buy milk for his son, has generated a net worth of around 800 crores from the share market? Yes friends, and that person's name is Vijay Kedia. His story is very inspirational and practical as well as filled with many valuable lessons and for maximum learning, you must watch this video completely.

So friends, we start this video with the life story of Vijay Kedia. Vijay Kedia was born in a middle class family of Kolkata and his father used to do stock broking, which helped him run his household. He was very interested in the share market and considered it his first love, but when he was in 10th class, his father died and perhaps because of this the school headmaster came to know about his father's death, so he took the exam again and passed Vijay Kedia.

But due to his father's death, the condition of his family was not good and that is why he decided to leave his studies and do something else, but his mother wanted him to at least He somehow completed his graduation, and by then he was 19 years old. However, his family's financial situation was not good at that time, and at one time, his family of six lived in just one room.

Vijay Kedia wanted to do something to support his family, but he had no work experience, no job qualifications, and no money to start a business. So, he decided that without good skills and education, he could only do one thing: the stock market. He joined his family business of stock broking. However, he never had any interest in stock broking.

Therefore, he left this job and started trading. He had very different rules for trading, and trading with margin required very little money. Thus began Vijay Kedia's journey in the stock market. Due to initial loss, Vijay made some profits from trading, but after that, he started incurring continuous losses.

At one point, he realized something. It had come to the point of selling his man's jewelry, although later Vijay somehow understood that trading is extremely dangerous, and at this time Vijay Kedia got married, in which he also faced a lot of problems because he did not have a stable job and his house was only of one room.

Friends, once the condition of his house had become such that his wife asked him to buy milk powder for his son, which cost ₹14, but Vijay did not have even ₹14, so his wife searched everywhere in the house and collected ₹14 and bought milk powder for his daughter. Later, he started working as a raw material supplier in the tea garden, due to which he started having some regular income.

Then in 1989, Vijay decided to go from Kolkata to Mumbai because Mumbai was the place where stock market activities were the most. At that time, he had about ₹35,000, which is today's simplest three lakhs. Friends, at this time Harshad Mehta's influence on the stock market increased significantly. The Indian stock market had become a full-fledged market.

In 1989, Mr. Vijay Kedia invested in Punjab Tractor. Within the next three years, the share price of Punjab Tractor increased 10-fold, earning him a substantial profit. He then used that profit to purchase ACC shares, which increased 10-fold in just one year. The investments in Punjab Tractor and ACC Cement were two of the most significant and important investments in Mr.

Vijay's investing journey. He then sold his SSC shares, bought a 375-square-foot 1 BHK flat, and moved his entire family from Kolkata to Mumbai. However, as is common after a financial crisis, the market crashed, leading Mr. Vijay to lose confidence in trading. He was now focusing on learning long-term investing.

Meanwhile, his friend invited him to Germany to start a business. Mr. Vijay went to Germany and stayed there for six months, but nothing good came of it. The frequent trips back and forth between Germany and India cost him a lot of money, and by 16 months, his savings had been exhausted. And one day when he was flying from Mumbai to Germany, he was feeling unwell as soon as he boarded the flight in Mumbai.

He got off the plane and went back home. For the next one year, he stayed indoors and watched the stock market. Friends, this was the time when the bull run of 2002 and 2003 was starting. At this time, Vijay Kedia had some shares, which he sold and invested in three companies. He invested in AGS Logistics and Shera Sanitary Ware.

In the next 10 years, these three stocks proved to be multi-millionaires, and he earned a profit of more than a thousand percent. Mr. Vijay Kedia made a huge investment in AGS Logistics, through which he bought a 5% stake in the company. This stock did not perform well for the next one to two years.

After this, Mr. Vijay held Kidnap. In the next few years, the share price increased from just ₹20 to ₹300, which gave him a profit of up to 15 times. Friends, this tells us about both his courage and patience. After 2005, he made several more investments that ensured multiple returns. In 2009, Vijay Kedia got the opportunity to buy a milk company that manufactured powdered milk.

He bought the company and gifted it to his wife, saying it was a gift for the day he couldn't even afford 14 rupees for milk powder. Later, he got the opportunity to buy a tea garden. When he learned that it was the same tea garden where he supplied raw materials to earn some money, he bought it. Vijay Kedia says that his first love is the stock market.

That's why, despite repeated failures, he stayed in the stock market and spent years learning and understanding it thoroughly. His hard work has made him such a successful investor today. So, let's now talk about Vijay Kedia's investment strategy. Although Vijay Kedia started with trading, he considers it a major mistake in his life.

He believed that trading was the best way to make quick money. When he initially made a profit from trading, he began to feel that earning more money in less time had become easier for him. He says that all his profits from trading were due to luck, but after a time, luck abandoned him, after which he suffered huge losses.

Friends, when there is a bull run in the stock market, new people start trading in the stock market. Stock prices rise, due to which they make profits. They think that their profits are due to their greater knowledge of trading. Due to this misunderstanding, people start spending large amounts of money, and if even one or two trades go wrong, they face huge losses.

Friends, BJP also traded in the stock market for the first 10 years, and despite trading, he did not have enough money to meet his basic needs. He would make profits for some days, and when he suffered losses, the profits earned would also go into loss. He traded like this for 10 years, and he understood that making profits by trading is very difficult.

That's why he always advises people to invest long-term money so they don't waste their time and money like him. Friends, Vijay Kedia says that to become an engineer, we have to study for four years, to become a doctor, for five years, and to become an IAS officer, we have to study day and night for years.

But when it comes to the stock market, we think it's easy and start trading without any knowledge and information. Doing so can be very dangerous for our hard-earned money. So, only after understanding and learning properly should you enter not only trading but also long-term investing. So, let's now understand Vijay Kedia's market philosophy.

Friends, Vijay Kedia says that three things are required to be successful in the market. The first thing is knowledge, that is, a correct understanding of stock market investing and companies; the second is college, that is, the courage to invest large amounts in good stocks if they are available at low prices; and the third thing is patience, that is, the ability to hold good companies for a long time.

Without these three things, there is no good in the stock market. Generating returns is extremely difficult because if we lack knowledge, we wo n't be able to find good companies. Without college, we wo n't be able to buy good companies during market crashes, even though they're often available at very low prices.

If we lack patience, we'll never be able to hold shares for long and generate significant returns. Friends, although Vijay Kedia's net worth is over 8 billion rupees today, he still prefers to live a very simple life. For him, money is just a score that tells him how the stock market is doing. Friends, Vijay Kedia says that we can definitely generate good returns in the stock market, but before that, it's important to learn about the stock market.

We can learn this by reading about good investors and generate good returns over time. However, if someone lacks the time and interest to do all this, they should invest only in mutual funds, as investing without knowledge is very risky. Therefore, if you don't have time for the stock market or don't have sufficient knowledge, then investing in mutual funds is your best option.

Well, to understand mutual funds in the best possible way, click on the video on the left. So friends, that's all for today. We will meet in our next video. If you want videos related to any topic, then you can do so in the comment box.
