The stock market is always interested in what Jim Kramer has to say. Whether you agree with him or not, his stock picks often get investors talking. We looked at Kramer's recent comments on CNBC and his posts on X and found 10 stocks he is bullish about. In this video, we'll count them down from number 10 to number one.

Look at why Kramer likes them and discuss some of the risks. Let's start with number 10. Number 10 is VF Corporation, ticker VFC. The company owns popular brands like the Northface, Timberland, and Vans. Jim Kramer sounded bullish on the stock in an October 13 post on X, pointing to a Piper Sandler survey of teenagers.

Earlier, during a May episode of Mad Money, Kramer said VF Corporation stock should be going up, not down. He also suggested that the Vans brand was no longer struggling as badly as before. The bullish case is that the Northface and Timberland are growing again. The company has also sold Supreme and Dickies to focus on its main brands.

If sales continue improving and costs come down, profits could recover. Number nine is Aami Technologies, ticker AKM. Akami operates a global network that helps websites and applications run faster and more securely. It is also expanding into cloud computing and artificial intelligence. During an October 1 episode of MadMoney, Jim Kramer said Aami was the content delivery stock he would buy.

He called the stock cheap and pointed to its major computing agreement with AI company Anthropic. Kramer believes investors are not giving Aceami enough credit for this partnership. The bullish case is that Aami could become an important infrastructure provider for AI companies that need computing power closer to their customers.

Its agreement with Anthropic could support revenue growth over several years. But there are risks. Expanding computing capacity requires substantial investment. Investors are concerned about whether Aami will earn enough from its AI infrastructure to justify those costs. The company also faces competition from larger cloud providers.

Number eight is General Motors, ticker GM. Jim Kramer sounded very positive about General Motors in an October 12th post on X. Earlier this year, he also praised CEO Mary Bar and told investors they could trust her to manage the company's transition toward electric vehicles. The bullish case centers on General Motors highly profitable pickup truck business.

Its Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra models together hold about 42% of the North American full-size pickup market. New versions of these trucks could help the company charge higher prices and improve profits. General Motors has also announced a $20 billion share buyback program which could support earnings per share.

However, rising prices for steel, copper, and other materials are putting pressure on costs. The company also faces challenges in expanding its electric vehicle business along with longerterm competition from Chinese automakers. Number seven is Palunteer Technologies, ticker PLTR. Palunteer is an artificial intelligence and data analytics company serving governments and businesses.

Jim Kramer has maintained a $250 price target on Palunteer for several months. In an October 12th post on X, he pointed to the stock's unusual strength and repeated that target. Earlier in October, Kramer acknowledged that his target had been too aggressive so far, but said he would still buy the stock after its pullback.

The bullish case is Palanteer's rapid earnings growth as businesses and government agencies adopt its AI software. Analysts expect the company's earnings to grow substantially faster than those of the broader market. However, valuation is the biggest risk. Palanteer trades at a forward price to earnings ratio of around 122, far above the broader market.

That means investors are already paying a high price for future growth. If earnings growth slows or fails to meet expectations, the stock could face significant pressure even if the company continues performing well. Number six is Reddit, ticker RDDT. During an October 15th episode of Mad Money, a caller asked Jim Kramer whether to sell Reddit or buy more after the stock had fallen, Kramer said he wanted to buy Reddit and described its share price as attractive.

Some bulls argue that Reddit's biggest advantage is its enormous collection of authentic human conversations. Millions of people visit the platform to ask questions, discuss products, and share personal experiences. This makes Reddit attractive to advertisers trying to reach people who are already researching potential purchases.

Reddit is also using artificial intelligence to make advertising easier. Its Max advertising campaigns automate targeting and budget allocation. According to the company's early tests, these tools reduced customer acquisition costs by 17% and increased conversions by more than 27%. However, artificial intelligence also presents a major risk.

AI powered search tools could summarize Reddit discussions without sending users to the website. Number five is Wells Fargo, ticker WFC. Jim Kramer sounded bullish on Wells Fargo in an October 13 post on X, suggesting that the stock's recent decline had gone too far. He later said he was becoming more bullish on Wells Fargo and Goldman Sachs.

Kramer believes bank stocks have been punished despite reporting reasonably good results. His argument is that an end to the conflict involving Iran could help reduce inflation, ease pressure on interest rates, and support a recovery in financial markets. Wells Fargo recently reported mixed quarterly results, beating earnings expectations but missing revenue estimates.

The bullish case is that the bank's lending business continues to expand. Loan balances have increased significantly while its conservative loan to deposit ratio leaves room for further growth. However, the bare case centers on interest rates and profitability. Wells Fargo's net interest margin has remained under pressure and higher funding costs could hurt earnings.

Prolonged elevated interest rates could also weaken loan demand and make it harder for some borrowers to repay their debts. Number four is Chevron, ticker CVX. During an October 15th episode of Mad Money, a caller asked Jim Kramer whether to keep holding Exon Mobile. Kramer said he preferred Chevron and suggested switching to it, provided there were no significant tax consequences.

The bullish case is that Chevron is benefiting from higher oil prices and increasing production. The company has major operations in Guyana, Kazakhstan, and the Perian Basin. Its acquisition of Hess has also strengthened its position in Guyana, one of the world's most promising oil producing regions.

Higher oil prices combined with rising production could generate substantial free cash flow. This could allow Chevron to increase dividends and buy back more shares. However, there is one major risk. Much of the recent strength in oil prices has been driven by geopolitical tensions involving Iran and disruptions around the Strait of Hormuz.

If the conflict ends and oil shipments return to normal, oil prices could fall sharply. That would put pressure on Chevron's earnings, free cash flow, and shareholder returns. Number three is Coherent Corporation, ticker co. Coherent makes lasers and optical components that help move massive amounts of data through fiber optic networks.

During an October 15th episode of Mad Money, Jim Kramer sounded positive about Coherent. He argued that the market was worried about spending on data centers, but said the long-term transition from copper connections to fiber optics would benefit the company. The bullish case is that demand for coherence optical products is growing rapidly as companies build more AI data centers.

However, bears argue that this booming revenue growth is not translating into strong cash flow. Coherent is spending heavily on manufacturing capacity and inventory to meet demand. These investments are putting pressure on free cash flow. Number two is GE Vernova, ticker GEV. GE Verova makes gas turbines, power generation equipment, and electrical grid technology.

Jim Kramer has been bullish on the company for some time. In a September 30 post on X, he said he liked GE Vernova because of its gas turbine business. Earlier this year, Kramer described gas turbines as one of the biggest growth opportunities in the world, pointing to strong demand and long-term earnings visibility.

The bullish case is that AI data centers need enormous amounts of electricity and GE Vernova supplies some of the equipment needed to generate and deliver that power. Only a handful of major companies manufacture large gas turbines making this a difficult market for new competitors to enter. GE Vernova also has a large installed base of equipment that generates recurring maintenance and service revenue.

Demand for its power generation and electrical grid equipment has been rising sharply and management has increased its financial guidance. However, the risks include high expectations, manufacturing constraints, and potential project delays. If electricity infrastructure spending slows or the company struggles to fulfill orders, earnings growth could disappoint investors.

And finally, number one is Eli Liy, ticker LLY. Eli Liy is one of the biggest names in the rapidly growing market for weight loss and diabetes medications. Jim Kramer has been bullish on the company for months. In a September 29 post on X, he suggested that investors were overlooking positive developments in Eli Liy's weight loss business compared with rival Novo Nordisk.

Earlier this year, Kramer also praised Lily's investment in manufacturing capacity and its progress in developing an oral weight loss treatment. The bullish case centers on the company's blockbuster drugs, Munjaro and Zepbound, along with its expanding pipeline of obesity treatments. That brings us to the end of our countdown of 10 stocks Jim Kramer has recently sounded bullish about.

Which of these stocks do you think has the most potential and which one would you avoid? Let us know in the comments. If you enjoyed this video, please consider subscribing for more stock market analysis and investing stories. Thanks for watching.
