01. Hello friends, I am Chandan Thakur. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this channel. If you have come to the channel for the first time, then please subscribe to the channel , like it and if you have any related query, you can ask by commenting. Today we will talk about the Indian equity market which has been following a sideways trend for the last one week.

02. Many big reasons are being given behind this and that reason is that global indices are also falling and the rupee is getting weaker day by day. Talking approximately now, it is around $189 which will soon become around $190. So this is somewhere a global impact due to which the stock market of India is getting corrected somewhere.

03. However, if we talk about the last one year, the market has not generated that good returns. So the reason behind this was volatility i.e. VIX. VIX, which follows the Indian volatility index market, tells it for the next 30 days, that is, this list shows the volatility that any company in NFT 50 will have in the next 30 days.

04. Friends, you can see here how the Indian Indices have registered a continuous decline. So friends, let's talk about it here, so here you can see friends NFT 50 NFT Nex 50 NFT MDCP NFT MDCP and if you look at NFT Microcap here, then friends, NFT Microc has declined by about 1%. However, a decline of 1% is not considered a major decline.

05. Still, if we look here, Nifty Large Cap Sub has registered a decline of about 1/2%. So friends, you saw that if you look at almost all the sectoral themes of NIFI or even thematic, there is a decline of around 1% in all of them. However, this is a negative sentiment regarding Marco's investors. But the world's largest brokerage firm, i.e.

06. US's leading brokerage firm Jefferies, has estimated that the Indian market will approximately reach around 26,500. So somewhere there is a positive sentiment for the Indian stock market, for retail investors, for DIs. Diez has had quite the follow up though. If we look at FIIs, even today there has been selling of around ₹500 crores.

07. So this has also had an impact on the market. But DIZ has recovered it somewhere. Friends, amidst all this turmoil, the biggest thing that retail investors should keep in mind is to catch the market trend. If the government has tried to give some benefit to any specific sector or if the government has issued such issues due to which there is a bullish trend regarding any sector, then you can follow it.

08. It mostly has the potential to give multibagger returns. If we talk about it now, friends, if we look at the last 5 years, then somewhere or the other the EV sector was on a huge boom. Although the returns are not that good right now, but the government is thinking about the EV sector under the Self-reliant India Scheme that all the companies here, which earlier were mostly dependent on imports, have to be converted into exports, so what will happen for that is that there is more potential for growth in every sector somewhere or the other.

09. Right now, regarding semiconductors, the way Dixon Technology is working, CG Power, which has set up a factory in Sanand, Gujarat and will also increase its capacity, you can follow up on such stocks. If we talk about the Indian stock market, it is currently the fourth largest stock market in the world.

10. That means its market cap is around Rs 5 trillion. Friends, this thing always remains in the mind of retail investors that we can definitely achieve a return of around 10, 12 or 15% CAGR. Suppose friends, you invest in anything or take real estate or any other investment strategy, then you invest so that you get good returns.

11. If you are investing in a theme or a sector and instead of that you are not getting any returns then why would you want to invest in OSA stocks or OS industry ? So, it is very important for you to keep following the market. You should do fundamental analysis of any company. Keep reading news related to it.

12. Understand the market movement and keep following the market. So you will have more knowledge about that particular company or that particular sector. Then you can exit the position or take entry in it. So friends, here the question arises that how to catch the market sentiment? However, there are around 8000 listed companies in the Indian stock market, so it becomes quite difficult for you to choose from there.

13. So in such a situation, we have to catch hold of that sector which has been announced by the government where the government has supported directly and indirectly somewhere or the other. Currently, there is a very bullish trend going on regarding defense sector semiconductor stocks. And the government has also supported it somewhere.

14. So this could be the upcoming multibagger stock. But do not buy this stock without doing any fundamental analysis. Friends, if you have invested and invested in the Indian stock market, then you must have heard about Vijay Kedia. There are many important things behind the way he has followed those principles and made money from the equity market.

15. So today we will talk about all those important factors that how you can generate good returns from the market like Vijay Kedia Sir by making such a strategy for the market. But it is very important for you to follow him. Friends, Warren Buffett has been a great investor in the world. 90% of the money he earned was from the equity market i.e.

16. stock market. His best principal was to invest for the long term. However, you generate higher returns in long term investing. If we talk about the last one year, then the Indian stock market or even the global indices have not given that good returns. The market has moved in a sideways trend. So it becomes very difficult for you to generate returns there.

17. If we look at the data of last 3 years, there are many micro and small cap companies which have given returns of more than 1000%. However, small cap companies have higher risks. But still, if a small cap company has a high fundamental growth potential, then if you do its fundamental analysis and the management and growth potential of that company are all good, then it can give you returns around 1000-1500%.

18. So when is this possible when you do long term investing. If your prospectus is for 5 years, 10 years or 15 years then you can generate good returns. Friends, whenever you are planning to invest in a small cap company or a mid cap company , then you should know about the skills of the management, whether the MDO CE of that company is bullish and what are its future prospects regarding that company.

19. And its returns, have they been able to beat the index or not ? The sign of a good management is whether it has generated good returns in that particular index i.e. the sector in which the company is working or not. If this is all the stuff. Ok? If so, then you can buy that stock or bet on that sector.

20. Friends, you should consider patience and discipline in the stock market, which are very important things. You should have patience. Sometimes what happens friends is that a stock which has been doing well for the last two years but due to a negative sentiment, it is not doing well for the last one year, then should you buy it or sell it, then the answer to this is absolutely not, if suppose due to negative sentiment in the market, that stock has gone down for a few days, it is down by 2%-3%, then in such a situation you should not take exit from the portfolio or from that stock, rather you should think what are its future prospects ?

21. Then you can generate good returns in the long term. Friends, most of the retail investors, when the market is in a bullish trend , consider it an opportunity and buy there. When everything looks green to him then he goes buying. Whereas the stocks there are already at their peak. Where you do not have strong buying but there is opportunity for selling.

22. But you should consider the bear market as an opportunity. And bear market also gives you the opportunity to buy any stock in the long term. In the bear market, when everyone is selling, if you buy there, that too a fundamentally strong company, then you can generate good returns in the long term. However, buying stocks in a bullish trend can be quite dangerous because they have already moved a lot and there is a high possibility of movement or breakout from there.

23. So there you can buy or take the stock only on the basis of 50MA or 200 DMA i.e. moving average analysis. Another major factor in the stock market is diversification. Now suppose we take any sector like the semiconductor sector. If you are so excited about semiconductors, then semiconductor stocks have growth potential in the next 5 years.

24. However, even if you invest all your money in the stock market, diversification plays a very important role. If suppose you are bullish about a sector that this sector can generate good returns in the coming 5 years or 10 years, then whatever your investment is, suppose you have ₹1 lakh capital and you invest the entire amount in semiconductor and that stock has negative sentiment and the government reduces some of it and the government tells that particular company that now the chances of it going further from here are that much less and some government related issue is issued to it.

25. What will you do if there is any issue regarding the plant? Then you may suffer a loss. So do diversification. Some companies which are also related to EV and there may be other companies like HUL or FMCG sector, IT sector, so in this way you should manage your portfolio in such a way and diversify it so that you can generate good returns in the long term.

26. Veteran investor Vijay Kedia has invested most of his net worth in the small-cap and mid-cap sectors, including the stock markets. Although there is more risk in this, but if you take the risk , then you get an equally high reward. Small cap companies have a lot of growth potential and the future is very good.

27. And there is a lot of scope in it. Then you can invest in such a company. Friends, today we will talk about three companies which are small cap companies but their growth potential is quite good. One was listed in the stock market in 2023 and if we look at the other, it was a company listed in the stock market in 1995.

28. However, it has generated very good returns and has high chances of growth potential in the future as well. So let's take a look at those three stocks. So friends, the first stock is Addio Katan which manufactures lucar and its most recent brand is 8 PM which manufactures lucar and the company has generated very good returns to the investors and its growth potential is high in the future as well, so you can expect good returns in this.

29. Talking about the second company, friends, it is FLA 3i, which means it is an IT related stock. It was listed in the stock market in 2019 and has generated very good returns for the investors. The third company Technology, friends, Kfin Technology has generated good returns. It will be listed on the stock market in 2023 and has very good growth potential.

30. The promoter's holding in all the three stocks that I have mentioned is quite good. If we look at the promoter DIH & FII, the rate of promoter holding in it is around 70. And if we talk about public holding here, it is 20%. Friends, whenever you are looking for a fresh buying opportunity in any share, then see that the public holding should not be more than 20%.

31. If the public holding is more than 20%, then somewhere in that company, the promoters are DI and FII, however, due to the chances of growth potential not being much in that company, DI and FI are not able to take it and the public enters there in large numbers. So you should try to find stocks where the public holding is 20%, then the stocks are quite good.

32. I hope friends you liked this video. See you in the next video. Thanks for now. Goodbye.
