01. This is a program. The adventure begins. The plane leaves for Washington in exactly 6 hours. I have a layover in Miami for a couple of hours, change planes and arrive in Washington DC. I'll be a couple of blocks from the White House. I'm going to be touring Washington for a couple of days and then I'm going straight to Pennsylvania, to Philadelphia to the Wharton campus.

02. I'm going to be there in an amazing hotel. I 'm preparing my little backpack right now . I'm going to tell you 100% of this. I'm still struggling to grasp what I 'm doing. Uh, I'm still having trouble processing the fact that I'm going to the number one business and finance university. I find it difficult.

03. I was swamped with work. Literally yesterday. I gave a live class for all of you. It was crazy. And only now am I starting to feel the effects of so much work, so many dynamics. So, nothing, impressive, impressive. I'm packing my suitcase. My suitcase is going to be very simple, it's just going to be this little backpack, but well, it's only just now sinking in that I'm leaving.

04. This is incredible. I'll really be keeping you updated on how the idea is coming along. It's about creating a blog and, well, telling you about what it's like day after day at Wharton, the premier finance university, what I'm learning, I'll also be sharing my experience and knowledge, and well, see you in a little while at the airport.

05. I'm going to tell you how things are going. And well, we continued on our way. Well, here at the airport waiting for the plane to take off. First stop Miami, then on to Washington. 3- hour layover. We're here at the door, about to board. Awesome. I just said goodbye to my family, I just said goodbye to my parents, very emotional.

06. Many messages from friends also wishing me the best, who saw the whole journey I'm in school. So, a very emotional moment. So, here we go. First stop Miami, I'll have a coffee there. Now I travel all at night, 9 hours straight. I finish Miami, have a coffee and drive to Washington in 2 and a half hours.

07. First stop, I think, is walking around the White House. I want to go to the Air Force Museum in the United States , so it's going to be really good. I'll show you. Uh, very excited, very happy to share all this. Weekend in Washington and on Sunday afternoon/evening they put me up. Here I'll show you a little bit about what the route is like, a bit of the first experience.

08. So, well, for now I'm here in Seisa waiting for the plane to arrive. Well, first stop Miami. We're going to connect with Washington and in about three hours I'll be there near the hotel where I'm staying, five blocks from the White House. An impressive 8 7.7 coffee . Then they say that coffee is very expensive in Argentina, it costs 6000 pesos.

09. So, I'll keep you posted . We'll arrive in 3 hours and well, I'm really looking forward to arriving and starting to explore a bit, since it's been many years since I've been here, I'm at the Miami airport, in a little while I'll appear there at the White House. Well, now we've arrived at the White House in Washington.

10. There's a fence; you can't go past that far. It is possible to get there. Impressive Washington, incredible, really. There you can see it, there's the White House. That's as far as we can go, but nothing, unbelievable, really. Well, it was a bit of a long trip, but hey, here we are. Now then, North American capital.

11. Awesome. I explored a bit of Washington here. Now I'm going to keep walking. Still a little tired from the flight, naturally, I mean, I slept through the night, but I was out and about here getting to know Washington. Amazing city, I really loved it . It is far exceeding my expectations. Big city, New York style, much more spacious, giant avenues, everything very neat, naturally, lots of security, many military personnel, you can see them around in the background, but incredible, really a very good city.

12. While the political disputes are obviously visible, it seems like a cheerful city, a very good city to live in, and I'm also obviously very happy to be here touring with the OMO with you. And well, now I'm going to show you a couple more things from today, which is the Howarton preview. Look at this.

13. Look at this. Awesome. Washington is great, is n't it? I used to come to the United States a lot. It always surprises. It always surprises. Take a look at this. A chat room with GPT chat tells me that it has my entire itinerary so I don't forget it, as it's dealing with a lot of issues. I work, I'm still good with the clients, uh, a lot of things in itself, I have it all here.

14. So I say to him, "Hey, I'm around here, what do I have to do today? When is my transfer to such and such city?" And he answers everything I ask. I'm tempted to rent one of these to explore it, but I don't want to fall off before Warton. It would n't be the best thing to arrive saying, "I already fell once, I rented a place in Brazil once and I fell," so it wouldn't be the best thing to do.

15. Today is not just a red day, but an incredibly red day in the market. One might think that being here in the United States, when most people invest in their own country's market, the North American market, and we have the American volatility index, the VIX, rising 21%, they might be worried, they might be scared, panicked, they have no idea, because the vast majority of Americans who invest invest in Mutual Funds, which is like a common investment fund, much a little more sophisticated, and they don't even know what the mutual fund does.

16. Instead of investing in money market funds as is the case in Argentina, the fund invests in companies from its own country; the best ones, and in fact 80% of Americans who have more than $100,000 in the stock market invest through mutual funds. So they don't even know what's on the other side. What they do tend to do is withdraw as they see it going up, and take out as they see it going down .

17. Exactly the opposite of what they should be doing. But I'm here in Washington and nobody has any idea what's going on with the market, even though a very good part of their wealth is probably in the market, which strikes me as odd, and I think we have to have this patience and this long-term view of leaving it, understanding what we 're doing and trusting it, unlike the American who might leave it out of ignorance.

18. And they also have something very good: the 41. Imagine in Argentina one day when the dollar falls, when it rises , I don't think it falls, the verbal collapses, you go in a taxi and they already start talking to you about that. Here I am, 9 a.m. in Washington, Saturday. Instead of traveling around, I'm going to be there recording for my clients, given the current state of the market.

19. There was a lot of volatility while I was traveling and I was actually unable to do the live consulting that I always do with my clients. So we're going to do it later before, well, in two days I'm just going to lock myself in a classroom to learn from the best. So, well, here I am in the hotel room, I've already had breakfast, I'm having a coffee and we're going to analyze the market a bit , what's been happening while I was traveling, etc., because I know the market has been turbulent.

20. So now I'm going to analyze and then, on Saturday, I'll take advantage of the situation and continue walking around while answering customer WhatsApp messages . Okay, let's get started . I already have some interesting questions that customers will leave me, so I'll just answer them . Meanwhile, I'm in Washington, at the Air and Space Forces Museum.

21. This is amazing. Very good. Really take a look at what it is. Incredible. Well, the story of the W brothers, creators of the plane, is incredible. But then there's everything related to inhabiting Mars, the lunar part. Well, this was financed by NASA, Chef Besos, and other millionaires. Unfortunately, there's nothing from SpaceX .

22. While the plans are similar, although better, there is nothing from SpaceX, it is all funded. Well, Blue Erishing, there's a lot of stuff. They also have Star Wars items for the biggest nerds. I absolutely love Star Wars. The whole story is very good. And then a little reflection on Elon, who is treated as crazy.

23. I was there watching and about the Wright brothers. I recommend that you watch it. Two amazing inventors launched the first airplane in 1903. They were obviously two owners of a local bicycle shop in Ohio and ended up creating the first airplane, forever changing technology and the way we travel. So obviously Ilon seems crazy until he succeeds.

24. So, that's about the reflections and how well we can literally invest in its ability to generate profits and finance. Look at this. And we can literally be part of the profits that the companies he generates, something that before was only kept by the inventors or the state. And today, thanks to the markets, we can take advantage of it, so incredible.

25. Many are worried because the midterm elections are coming up in the United States. More than 435 bets are being played. Many are wondering, what will happen to my investments after this event? This generates prior volatility, such as what we are experiencing from the United States Capitol in Washington.

26. Let's look at the statistics, and the statistics tell us that since 1935, 100% of the years following midterm elections have been positive, and that the average since 1950, according to JP Morgan, gives us a rise in the S&P of 15% in dollars, and since 1970 the S&P has accumulated a 14% rise in dollars after midterm elections.

27. 100% of the time we had an increase, the market did not fall . So that's a bit of what's statistically expected for the rest of the year in the SAMP 500. Okay, now for a little reflection on the market, because after all, I 'm here, but the market keeps going, it doesn't wait for anyone, and that's what's so great about it.

28. While I'm here, the market is falling. In fact, someone in the community's WhatsApp group said, " Liaman left, that's why the market is crashing. Uh, I found that funny." But how calmly I'm falling in the market. This morning I analyzed what my clients were asking me for, I sent them a summary of everything, but the market is bleeding, we have a significant drop mainly in some semiconductor companies, some companies linked to artificial intelligence and I am very calm because I know that this is the moment where there is the greatest uncertainty and the most opportunities.

29. In fact, for me there is still little uncertainty. Well, if we're talking in historical terms, it's very little. We are simply experiencing a pullback from a significant momentum, and that leaves some artificial intelligence companies trading really cheap, very cheap, which, in my view, the market is a little afraid to pay for the expected profits these companies will earn.

30. So anyway, I also wanted to go over this and say, well, if your portfolio makes you uncomfortable or you're uneasy about managing your portfolio, it's because that portfolio and that risk aren't for you. The most important thing is that we remain calm and, as we build our portfolio with an investment strategy, we can achieve that peace of mind.

31. In other words, all three things happen simultaneously. So my portfolio fell, yes, certainly much more than the market. I'm calm. Yes, I am absolutely calm because I know that there are incredible companies with an extraordinary opportunity, which, with sound judgment, liquidity, and liquidity management, and precisely with an investment criterion, will yield very good returns.

32. And historically, there is usually volatility before the midterm elections, which is logical. And in fact, I was looking at a very good, very interesting statistic. It has always been unequivocally true, 100% of the time after midterm elections, the S&P has risen and on average that rise is 15.4%, so that's another reason to be calm.

33. Our FP statistics are cutting- edge. We continue with the blog, but the most interesting part is still to come. Come on, let's go into the sustío stops and [clears throat] I land there in the So we're in the sustío, sustío isn't used much, but it works very well. Okay, now I've only walked a couple of blocks in these shoes, I'll keep you posted .

34. We're already hosting student events. This is like a mini-unit of the university itself; there I see the medical section, you can see absolutely everything. So science, on science, each of the parts. So I'm heading to Stebler Golden Center, which is where the hotel segment is located. So now I'm going to tell you about it .

35. Well, I'm here in the room now. This is amazing. Well received. Here we have the bathroom. He's already preparing our suits for tomorrow. New acquisition. And here we have the room. Notice this detail. Warton. Okay, very good. Here we have the desk, coffee maker, and look at this. Okay, window. And here, hey, and this, Lian Buicam, Warp Warton Executive Program financial blueprint.

36. Okay, we're done, we did it. This is truly amazing. Uh, tonight I'm going to reflect a little more on everything I'm experiencing. It's hard to fall, honestly, but here we are. We are here in Pennsylvania. Now, well, there's a gym where I don't have shorts to work out in. That wouldn't be bad. I'm also going to explore the complex a bit, but first, a shower.

37. I'm going to tour the complex. I'm also going to show you what it's like inside. I'm going to show you the program itself, what it includes, what I'm going to see so that you understand all of this in detail, right? What I am seeing, what I am going to learn. And I'm going to show it to you here on the website.

38. Let's see what this is basically like: the virtual campus. Here we can see first, well, a couple of things to keep in mind. Then I had three articles to read, which I already read: one on discount rates, one on Mutual Funds, and one on security markets. And here we can see this. It starts at 7:45 where I'll basically have breakfast, the first class which is the introduction to the program, the second class on the different types of assets, then I have portfolio theory, portfolio theory two.

39. I also have information on measuring asset performance. versus skill. I have to evaluate the managers of international investment funds . What I want is to constantly increase my learning. What I want is to learn something new every day, and sometimes I'll learn it from home by reading, and that's perfect.

40. Today we can access the best information. Sometimes I'll do it via GPT chat. Sometimes I'm going to do it on a program like this, traveling the world while learning, which is an amazing thing from other people. And sometimes I'm going to do it, I don't know, by paying someone online, I don't know. But everything that brought me here was my constant desire to learn.

41. My constant desire to learn is what brought me here, to ask questions. And that's a bit of what I want for this trip: to ask a lot of questions, to learn from the professors I have, to learn about issues that maybe are n't my number one expertise today. I believe that today I am much better as an analyst at detecting companies in the wrong places than as a portfolio creator.

42. I know this perfectly well, that's precisely why I'm here and I want to learn from them so I can continue growing and this is a journey that never ends, the journey of knowledge and I think it's the most enriching. In the next video I'm going to show you the whole journey, it's all crazy what I'm experiencing.

43. I'm going to tour the Warton facilities to show you in the following video. So I hope you liked this vlog. I 'm not used to blogging. I hope it was good. If you liked it, give it a like, and leave me a comment too, because it obviously helps me a lot to grow. Subscribe and well, my idea is to be sharing this whole experience with you who were partly responsible for making it possible.

44. So thank you very much to everyone on the other side who is supporting me, I wish you all the best. Leave your comment, your like, and I'll show you in the following videos. There are a series of videos about Warton, about how it all works. So leave a like, subscribe, and I'll see you in the next video.

45. Bye, bye. Thanks for everything. Very happy, very excited and eager, eager to be there, to learn and this beautiful uncertainty that helps us grow, right? So anyway, this is incredible, I'll say goodbye with a smile and showing you this. See you. Ciao. Ciao.
