is the market crash over or just beginning well if the market crashed she's about to begin then I guess I shouldn't have just bought an amazing wedge deal of a house and if the market crash is over then I guess my channels dead I don't got any content left because after all who wants to click on a thumbnail that says the market is normal well now let's figure out what's really going on in the marketplace is a crash about to start did the crash already happen what should we be expecting because all I know right now is Ellen DeGeneres is selling her house and we all know that if Ellen DeGeneres is selling her house well this is a bad sign of things to come oh oh well wait a minute she only just bought the place six months ago for fifteen million dollars and now has it listed for eighteen million dollars she must be part of the real estate investing course because clearly she knows how to make money and that's for YouTube well maybe another I quit video is in store in the meantime here's meet Kevin report number seven The Wall Street Journal suggests that unexpected growth in 2019 could end up surprising all of us and maybe making our head spin or we'll just be really pissed that we missed out on October's stock dip and December and January real estate dip yet again if only somebody had given us a warning I knew I should have bought I don't even die The Wall Street Journal goes on to say that recession fears have captured the markets attention in recent weeks recent weeks it's been almost a year I mean hasn't it Carter wait so what the heck is really going on here I thought the yield curve inverted the inversion of the yield curve and fehb sanjana was pretty dismal on Friday us job data for March came in way higher than expected and guess what Chinese manufacturing surveys for March picked up after a rough start to 2019 and to me this is starting to sound an awful lot like an inflection point in the marketplace inflection points what is an inflection point glad you asked an inflection point is when things all of a sudden are going up and then they go down and then all of a sudden things are going up again and you kind of get the feeling that oh well wait a minute things aren't going down anymore so that's a good sign right yeah is what an inflection point is the moment things changed glad you asked wait a minute so it's like things were going down and then they started going up again and we can kind of like read those changes in the graph to determine when it's a good time to invest I thought only went downhill on YouTube this is what housing in America is doing right now it's the lowest it has been in almost 35 years at the same time interest rates in America guess what they did no they went down too so what the heck happened in quarter one of 2019 that originally left us like are things getting worse or things getting better who knows what the heck is happening everything's spinning well we had Donald Trump that is his government shut down the polar vortex followed by the leftover ramifications of yes Donald Trump's tax plan so some more Trump and some more polar vortex and that leads to interest rate strategist Ralph over at Bank of America thinking that quarter two and quarter three that is the time to come might be really really good for the marketplace in fact he thinks it might be quite epic or maybe I'm just saying it'll be quite epic because I secretly want my epic year back from my druid from the Burning Crusade oh sorry wrong line I was supposed to say that is right after the real-estate investing course releases all of its lectures on tax day that's April 15th so make sure you spend your tax refund and get in using coupon code st.
Kevin before the price goes up the price goes up yes you're messing with my emotions no that was April Fool's Day you didn't tell people that you were pregnant right because that's extremely insensitive a lot of people struggle so wait a minute what actually is going on here well the Wall Street Journal thinks the recession chances are well over in addition to bright sides in China's marketplace and the US growth The Wall Street Journal sees junk bonds surging since January which is a typical sign of growth to come in the future possibly because they think the Fed is going to play it cool now rather than as aggressively as they did last year when the Fed was really hawkish and kind of leading to the marketplace maybe Herman Cain will even get elected to the Fed and drain the swamp that is drain Jerome Powell's power because Trump doesn't like him we have a gentleman that likes raising interest rates in the Fed we have a gentleman that loves quantitative tightening in the fact we have a gentleman that likes a very strong dollar in the fifth or maybe we're just going to bubble up at the end of 2019 much like the froth from a poorly poured beer what the hell dead and what are you wearing so wait a minute what about the inversion of the yield curve yeah that lasted a total of five days the yield curve is no longer inverted that is it's back to normal that is the fears of the yield curve indicating a possible recession we're very short-lived so the Wall Street Journal is definitely leaving our heads spinning with hopeful hope I mean they're saying the recession is over and that we should be getting surprised with some nice growth in 2019 but is that possibly indicative of a bubble coming now let's see if we can get some more clarity from The Economist The Economist calls this a deceleration and not a slowdown and tells us that manufacturing is actually quite fickle and we shouldn't really be using manufacturing data as a hard and steady statistic take note you drop shipping and Amazon FBA newbs you services have been much steadier than manufacturing and the ups and downs were seeing in manufacturing could solely be due to the classics the trade war and brexit in fact guess what China's doing right now no not your mom they're actually stimulating the economy right now and are expecting to see more growth at the end of 2019 then there are some of you that like numbers cars and credits so let's get into that so where else can we actually look for data right now other than those of you in the real estate investment course where I give you my opinions on your deals what your problems are in real estate investing through our private live streams and private discord Channel and you get access to all the lectures which are about to be complete as of April 15th 2019 to be super exciting and don't you worry I'll be around to help even add content if I missed anything now let's hit some other numbers loan defaults on residential loans tend to be a good place to look but those are at rock-bottom with just a blip in early of 2008 delinquencies on credit cards are up but nowhere near as high as what we saw in 2005 and delinquencies on commercial loans are down following some weird spike in 2016 for those of you that like cars and Scottie Kilmer well car sales are up and interestingly the percentage of banks tightening loan rules down is actually down which basically means banks aren't worried about car lending right now and are actually incentivizing more car lending so all these folks what do we do now we got the Wall Street Journal saying the recession is over and that it actually never happened yes we had a crash yes we had a deceleration we have the economists saying China is stimulating and that we shouldn't see too much of a lingering effect anymore from the trade war or brexit because well a lot of that might be priced in in fact it might very well be true that sure manufacturing data is down but manufacturing is much more sensitive than the services sectors and so maybe we really shouldn't be paying attention to manufacturing data and instead should be focused on services and the economy overall besides the more advanced and economy gets the more people focus on service related industries like real estate agents which we have of course for being an awesome real estate agent as well the link below then being a manufacturer I think all of this news bodes very well for both a Deadpool and myself because I am a big fan of continuing to invest in the market I certainly hope it isn't going to plummet again anytime soon and right now I'm still not seeing the indicators wait wait just a minute so you thought you could leave and go have a fake frothy beer with fake Deadpool huh yeah well if you clicked out of this video you're missing out on what just got released by the Federal Reserve and there the minute meeting notes from March so you want to hear them these are pretty cool I went through them the minute they were released downloaded them to my composition notebook iPad of course and highlighted the snot out of them so I could report the bottom lines to you and here is a shocking bottom line that nobody in the noosphere talked about the Federal Reserve buried I got it right here it's highlighted they buried in here that hey the Federal Reserve members started talking about concern regarding the curve which we've all heard oh my gosh the yield curve inverted this at the end of the world this is bad law everything's dying well they said hey what's going on the yield curve inverted and that's usually a sign of weakness in the economy in the future then I'm just gonna read it to you however their discussion also noted that the unusually low level of term premiums in the longer term interest rates made historical relationships a less reliable basis for assessing the implications of recent behavior of the yield curve basically because that's a really insane paragraph right there what they're saying is today the demands that people want from their money their expectations are lower they've adjusted to a new low already as a result just because the yield curve is pretty flat doesn't mean we could say oh well historically this happened it's going to happen again so the Fed just cast a lot assault on the yield curve and the power of the yield curve to predict a recession in addition to that I went through and highlighted everything negative they said in red and everything positive they said in yellow the red I highlighted had to do with projections going down credit quality in some non-financial corporations going down which that did concern me slightly but they copy added that and just hold on for that GDP will be slower in the first quarter and a GDP will rise but will be on a slower trajectory throughout 2021 so they're not seeing a recession at least until you know the end of 2021 and they didn't even indicate that there would be one at the end of 2021 then they suggest the good things financing conditions for businesses and households improved the Fed was going to be more accommodative there was muted inflation data both in the United States and abroad we had lower defaults in non-financial corporations or basically they remained low as what they said so in other words even though credit standards went down a little bit there weren't higher defaults which is a good thing we saw a growth in commercial and industrial lending the unemployment rate will likely continue to decline now note a few months ago their minute meeting notes said they thought the unemployment rate would start rising this year so they're backtracking on that and suggesting hey you know what it actually looks like the rate might say stable or continue to decline which is crazy because it's already at like forty year lows and this was the big one right here folks they said that they did not expect recent weaknesses in the market to continue past quarter one folks basically the Fed here sees growth for the rest of 2019 twenty and twenty-one and they went as far as saying that if things continue to line up the way they are right now that 2019 might end with a rate increase from the Fed not a rate decrease which we've heard a lot about so bottom line if you're thinking about getting into real estate right now obviously you should be in a real estate investing course okay links below if you don't know about those if you want to be a real estate agent there's one for that but you might seriously consider locking in some of these interest rates because folks they fell again after these minute meeting notes were released which is good but it could end up being temporary because as soon as the Fed in my opinion starts talking about jacking up rates again probably see mortgage rates go up again folks thanks for watching please subscribe be part of the pre 100k crowd a follow me on the IGS the instagrams and stay tuned for some more Deadpool thanks folks you
