This is leveraged investment buying to gain freedom, not just buying. Thank you for joining us today as well. In the first half of today, the less capital you have, the more efficient it is to use leverage, but rather than talking, it's better to use leverage of 3 times rather than 2 times. In the second half, we will be observing SCM webmail.
So let's get started. So, the less leg strength you have, the more efficient it is to use leverage, as I mentioned in the previous video, but if you think about it carefully, you will see that there is a strong upward trend in Toyama, and of course when it goes down, it will go down until then, but if you are going to go when it is like this, then 3 times is better than 2 times.
I was thinking about whether there's anything that costs three times as much as a phone call, and well, there's something called the Nasdaq 103 Bible, but it's scheduled to be discontinued in October 2023, so it's not suitable for long-term investment. It will be discontinued in October 2023, and if that's the case, then it's a different story, but whether it will be discontinued or not, it's not something you can gamble on.
So, when I looked around, there was originally something called DQ 99, but it can't be purchased in a Japanese specific account, so if it's not possible to do anything related to Leveraged Nasdaq, then this is a very similar ETF product, so I thought that if I use this as an alternative, even with limited funds I can make the most of it, so I've come up with the idea.
From next year onwards, I'll hold this for life and compare it with Nevada, and I'd like to verify on your behalf whether it will really deliver the performance I expect. But if you take a quick look at the contents of this, TCL and Direction Daily Technology Stocks are good technology stocks with 3x leverage, and the setting is surprisingly old, dating back to December 17, 2008, with an expense ratio of 1.01%.
The leverage is quite tight, so I think it's about 0.1% off. Also, it has already been split 3 times, most recently on March 2, 2021, with a 10-for-1 split, so it is a very popular product that has seen its price rise. Looking at the constituent stocks, it is made up of about 75 stocks, and tomorrow is the Nasdaq index, which has 100 companies, so it can't be helped.
In the case of baths and socks, it is like there are women under 50, so it is likely to move like it is close to summer, and every day it is Apple, Microsoft and wife, and NVIDIA, so it has been attracting attention recently, and the difference from talking is that it does not include Amazon, Facebook, Google, Netflix, and sand, but instead it accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Since it includes those, there are some slight differences, so if you want to hold it in Nasu, then holding it in Kuruwa is definitely a good idea. In Kuruwa, Apple and Microsoft make up about 26% of the portfolio, and when performance comes, it rises, so it is heavily influenced by that, and rather than talking about it being leveraged, the expectation of rising is quite high.
Looking at the simulations over the past 11 years, in the case of Kuruwa, it has increased 52 times. The total net assets are $4 billion, but Kuruwa takes 2.5 billion, and SPXL also takes 2.5 billion, so there is no need to worry about half of that in overseas ETFs. The number one in net asset value is exactly the same, and I'm not good at it, so I guess there's no one to think about it if Junko doesn't come, and the higher the price, the more people there are, so it's impossible, and the price has risen to the top, so from the perspective of a securities company, it's a cash cow, and it's unthinkable that they would deliberately summon their top earner and destroy it, so there's no need to worry around here, and if you sleep on this, it will look like Nasu's chart for the year, and when you look at it this way, from my perspective, Nevada is like a ripple, and as a result it is on an upward trend, and all things said this year, as a summary of this year, I think that the person who made a lump-sum investment around January 3rd and left it alone for a year and held it tightly had the best performance this year, and as for me, I don't have the amount to make a lump-sum investment, so I'm accumulating 50,000 yen each month, and this is fine, and when there is a correction phase, or a stronger correction phase or a crash phase, I think the dollar-cost averaging method will come into play, but basically, if you have the amount to make a lump-sum investment, then January 3rd General NISA I wonder if depositing up to 1.2 million yen is the right thing to do, so I looked back on this year and tomorrow I think the pattern that was seen every January was the most prominent.
There's no need to be pessimistic, because the key point of whether you're in or out in 10 years is whether you own all the female flowers or not, so you don't need to think about it in too much detail, but I think there are people who are wondering whether to invest all at once or in installments for next year, so if you're going to buy shoes with a general NISA, then January 3rd is the date, and I think the results will be clear, but to get back to the point, it will be clear, and the result was on an upward trend again this year, so here it is, this is the chart for the year, rather than talking about it, but there are also voices saying that both the decline and rise rates are leveraged by 3 times, especially in the latter half, around here, yes, in the latter half, the sound goes down, up, down, up, and so on, so I think this is making you nervous, but if you look at this chart, the upward trend is indeed more extreme than the ups and downs.
Without these ups and downs, the performance won't be realized, so if the rate of decline is high here, the rate of rise will also be high, so for those who can return to work around this time, staying put will bring out the performance, and the Nasdaq 103x Bull is putting out such performance that it's like there's nothing else that can replace it, and it's interesting whether people can return to work or not.
By the way, I've shown you the chart for this one year, and it's not on an upward trend at all, is it? It started to rise around October at the end, but before that it continued in a range period, then suddenly it rose sharply and will continue into next year, so of course it is on an upward trend, so basically I think it's okay to hold this, but the range period is very long during this period I wonder if everyone can keep holding.
It's fine when it's rising in the range, but when it falls, I wonder if everyone can hold on tight. Kikkoro has overcome various challenges, and it's been steadily rising, so compared to that, it's definitely easier to hold. The worst thing that can happen when you hold onto this web is when you sell in the short term despite holding it for the long term, for the purpose of long-term accumulation.
At that point, some people can no longer mentally endure it, they can no longer experience this thrilling feeling, and that's the worst pattern, and even then, it's a guaranteed loss. The idea of fund investment is that if you hold it for the long term, it will definitely rise steadily, but if there are people who can't endure that, then it's a bit tough.
I'm fine with it, but I think it might be tough for the average person. However, if you compare them after sleeping through the period, it will be fairly obvious. Now the problem is the hippocampus, or whatever it is now. When is the meeting to talk about? I always say that if you have money and think you can win a prize, you should practice.
That's because when I bought on May 28th of this year, the reference price was around 29,800 yen. There was a correction phase in October and December, but in the end, I didn't know until September 28th, when it was 29,800 yen. What I mean is, even if you think you'll buy after the correction phase comes, it will keep rising in the meantime, and in the end, even when the correction phase comes, you'll think that it would have been better to measure it on the 28th.
So you don't know when to buy, and even if you invest as early as possible, there will be a correction phase. 70-80% of people who want to buy it should buy it now, leave 10-20% aside, and wait until the market corrects. In the end, you'll be glad you invested early. That's basically what will happen, but I've made it seem like some people are worried and are considering splitting their investments.
After all, there have been quite a few ups and downs this year, and it's costing three times as much, so when it goes down, it drops quite sharply. We also offer monthly installments, and we plan to purchase the ones that come out on top of the monthly installments, so the situation changes a bit. In a downturn, the price is 88.74, but actually, it's currently at 90.5, so it has surpassed its highest price.
The lowest price in 52 weeks was 34.60. When the correction phase came, December 20th was 73.57, December 3rd was 73.16, and November 9th was 74.860. These are the values that fell during the most recent correction phase. The correction phase in October was huge, at 54.99. I think those who made the main comment around this time are in heaven.
Then on March 2nd, it was split into 10 parts. I thought it might be a good time to buy around the time of the 10-part split. On May 11th it was 39.37 and on May 7th it was 35.50. So, after the 10-part split on March 2nd of this year, it rose sharply in March and May. I think that these values are unlikely to reach this level unless there is a major crash.
That's great. Probably only Korean song titles will come in, so I don't think we'll know the significance level until around this level, 39.37 on May 11th, so I'd like to think about the benchmark price for purchasing from the 3rd of October and the part after that. The highest value in 52 weeks was 88.74, and the current level is 90.5, but it has gone up to 90 dollars, so I've decided on the first pattern.
If a correction phase comes and it falls below 75 dollars, then this will be the start. This year, on the 3rd of October, it somehow fell below 60 dollars, so if by any chance it falls below 60 dollars, I'll add more, which is what I like. I thought that if I wanted to hold out until it falls below 60 dollars this year, there's a possibility that I'll never be able to buy, so if it falls below 75 dollars, then from here I'll gradually buy a bigger house.
In terms of funds, I think it would be good to put in about half when it falls below $75, and if by any chance it falls below $60, then put in the other half. It's currently at 90, so even if it had picked up at 75, I don't intend to take a $15 cut. If it continues to rise, I think we'll see the 4th stock split, which is a very popular product on the right side, so if it really does get split, the number of shares we hold will increase, so isn't that exciting?
It's great that it's in a correction phase, but if it falls below $75, I'll start buying, but I won't buy all at once here, so if it falls below the 60 mark for the second time, I'll buy more. So, do you want some food? I'd like to continue. The current position is 72.99°, up significantly from 67.41 last weekend.
The return is 68.09 megabytes at 73 megabytes at 68.07, which means it has already surpassed the 52-week high of 52.51. I'm looking forward to seeing how high it will go this year. However, I think we've finished our discussion on that topic for this year, so I'd like to enjoy seeing how high it will go from here.
On December 27th, the Saturn phase in October, which I kept for data collection, reached +98.5%, and if possible, it would have reached 100% this year. This would be the first time one of the products I hold has exceeded 100%, so I'm really feeling it. This means that even when there is a downturn or correction phase, I can look forward to buying.
The closing price for the 12th weekend was 12.39, so it's been mocked. The company's high was 12.15, the low was 12.804, and the lowest was 12.15. The lowest price for the 52nd week was 11.32, so even the parents are saying that this product is like pickled somen noodles, and that if you leave it alone for about a year it will be fine, so it would be good if this doesn't happen, but please do your best.
On the 27th of December, it was -36.30 percent, and it's been there many times, but this is a parameter that is in the negative, so if you sell now it will be -36.30%, so if you don't sell it it won't be in the negative at all, but you can just sell it when it becomes positive, so don't think it's bad here.
The current position is 67.54, the closing price for the weekend was 66.30, it has risen, the return is 66.6, and the charge is 68 centimeters. Mega 66.652, with a low of 52 weeks and a high of 98, seems to be rising slowly compared to taking a nap or playing games, but it's okay. The shop also suddenly surged about two and a half months ago.
FM's cheekbones Amazon stock Amazon stock usually goes into a range and then surges, so it might be accumulating power to explode. If I bring it in, the sound rises the moment I talk about it, and Amazon has a high rate of increase. They've invested in equipment just for that, so there's no problem, let's wait.
On December 27th it was up 8 points, but personally I'd be happy if it could reach around +15% by the end of the year. The American market will be opening tonight, so if you have any questions or anything you'd like answered, please leave a comment and I'll do my best to help. We look forward to your participation in the live broadcast. Thank you for watching until the end. Please subscribe to the channel.
