In this video, we are going to break down Elon Musk's likely Mchavellian takeover of Tesla and how this affects both Tesla and SpaceX. We're going to break all of this down and we're going to incorporate Tesla's last earnings. So, we're going to talk robo taxi, we'll talk FSD, we'll talk. We've got a lot to cover here, but what you need to know first is I'm meet Kevin and let's get straight to the facts.

First, today's stock market is different from what we've seen 70 years ago under, let's say, a Warren Buffett style regime where people buy a stock based on its fundamental value. Today, most people, I'm not saying you, I say most people buy a stock because it's going up and to the right, and they don't buy it if it's going down and to the right.

And you certainly hope it ain't going to the left. But anyway, Elon Musk has a really unique opportunity to do something with this SpaceX IPO in addition to what we're seeing in Tesla's earnings and what Elon has said in earnings calls that in my opinion make Elon's takeover plan of complete control of Tesla in my opinion no guarantees likely.

And again, it is going to be based on Elon Musk weaponizing that today's stock market is one that is based off of momentum, not the fundamentals we saw during the Warren Buffett era. The best time to squeeze momentum out of a stock is when a stock IPOs, because that's when you have a lot of money going to promoting a stock.

It's on CNBC all day long. It's on uh Bloomberg all day long. Every Wall Street Journal headline has that SpaceX IPO result and how it's trading in the first week. Those first few days are critical. And we just saw the NASDAQ changed their rules for actually being included in a NASDAQ index like something like a QQQ H.

And what was that change? Oh, it's to allow stocks in with less than a per 10% outstanding float. Now, you might wonder, wait, Kevin, Kevin, you're losing me here. What does that mean? Basically, historically, when a big company goes to IPO and it wants to be included in an index in the future. So, all the index fund buyers give you constant liquidity so you could raise money off of their backs, right?

you could issue shares and the stock doesn't go down because index fund buyers are buying automatically every day. Like if you're in the index as a stock, as a company, you're just getting constant liquidity. You constantly have buyers for your stock. They don't even know what they're buying most of the time.

They just want the index fund because they're trying to buy a slice of America. And that's fine, but it creates massive liquidity for these companies. Historically, you'd have to have more than 10% of your company trading to even be considered for inclusion. But with the SpaceX IPO around the corner, NASDAQ quietly changed the rules to lower that requirement to less than 10%.

Now, Elon, I believe, is going to float somewhere between 6 to 7% of SpaceX, a very very small portion of the company. Now what's interesting about that is Elon Musk only has based on his you know stockcom somewhere between 13 to 20% of ownership at Tesla that he doesn't like. He likes voting control because he believes which is also statistically true that founder-ledd companies that have control of their companies tend to outperform companies where founders do not have control.

Totally reasonable totally understandable vested interest right at SpaceX. Elon Musk did something different. He owns 42% of the monetary equity, but he actually has 79% voting control. He is by far the controlling shareholder. He can do whatever the hell he wants, which is really why and probably how SpaceX basically blew all of its operating profits now on operating losses at XAI because Elon willed it, not because it was necessarily a good idea.

And then of course we got the cursor acquisition which in my opinion just as a tangent really provides SpaceX and XAI a customer for all those Tennessee data centers that Elon built. Now Elon built all these data centers thinking we're going to need all this compute. Now he's sitting on a bunch of H100s and maybe not as much use as he anticipated.

So he kind of just bought himself a customer. Yes. $60 billion contract to potentially acquire cursor AI or they'll pay him 10 bill to utilize their product but at the same time cursor who's you know praising XAI for being uh the best data center builder you know basically cursor gets to use those data centers and XAI is like now we're losing a little less money and then SpaceX is like now they're losing a little less money okay it all pumps up the SpaceX IPO now what does that have to do with Tesla.

It has to do with this setup that I believe Elon Musk is purposefully trying to sandbag Tesla stock to make Tesla's market cap either stay stable or fall while at the same time memeifying SpaceX. Low float retail first. That's just a sales pitch. Space data centers also just a sales pitch at this point.

That's 10 years down the road. I'm not saying it's not going to happen. It's just far down the road. You have plenty of data center work to do here and that's why they're partnering with Intel both on the 14 AAB and the 18 AAB. We've already made a video on that. The Intel partnership is brilliant. It actually d-risk SpaceX.

Every move Elon Musk is making right now is to derisk XAI and SpaceX because the more you derisk those, the more people buy SpaceX. And the lower the float is, especially since Elon owns so many shares, the more you could squeeze this puppy like a VCX. See, VCX Fundrise was this NAV play that basically is worth about $20 a share.

And when it IPOed, it closed on IPO day at $31 because it had some anthropic exposure. Now, maybe that exposure has gone up to $30 a share, but the stock went all the way to $575 a share, which would suggest that Anthropic is worth like $10 trillion, which is insane. It's not. It's worth close to a trillion dollars in fairness, but it's not $10 trillion.

But nobody cared because the stock was just going up and to the right. And then of course on this channel and in our course member live streams I said this puppy is going to go down really fast. Be careful. This is detached from fundamentals. I'm a fundamental kind of guy. I like long-term investing.

I like fundamentals. I also do send trade alerts though or you know alpha reports when it comes to short-term swings or momentum I'm seeing. But that is all part and parcel of studying the market. And so it's really no surprise that this puppy has collapsed and I expect it will continue to bleed out probably all the way down to maybe 30 40 bucks a share of something like that.

The anthropic valuation boosts have helped but the point is this is an example of a ticker right here that IPOed on a boom in part because there were only a certain number of shares available. And when there are only a certain number of shares available and a lot of people want it, the stock just goes up and to the right.

A lot of companies do this. The problem is you usually end up cratering in the long term if you go for too low of a float and the fundamentals don't support you. An example, the Weeble acquisition when Weeble uh went from, you know, spack to public, it had this insane surge to $80 and it's collapsed from $80 to a low of $4.50 now trading for 716.

Another example where they issued a very small portion of their company for public trading. So, as Elon Musk tries to derisk SpaceX, he tries to pump the SpaceX IPO, which makes sense. We know money would be nice right now so that either they can acquire Cursor AI, which I don't think they will. I think they'll kick the can down the road on this partnership and just use Cursor AI as sort of a forceplace customer because they had too many data centers available for them, data center racks essentially.

Uh but on the other hand as you derisk here you also need capital for that terra fab for optimus cyber cab and that's what the SpaceX IPO is going to provide probably $75 billion which you could leverage up probably to somewhere between$180 to $240 billion which is very likely what Elon Musk will do which is fantastic.

It gives him a lot of capital. It gives him almost a quarter of a trillion dollars to go build something. Which is exactly why over the last month, you know it because I've been saying it on the channel. You didn't even have to pay to be part of the courses, but I've been saying on a regular basis, guys, hardware is next.

We're going to boom on hardware prices. CPUs, especially at Houseack, you know, I got the reinvest version on right here under my shirt. I got Houseack right here. Right at Houseack, we're we've started buying a crapload of CPUs. We have Blackwell chips for our artificial intelligence. some of the stuff coming out, but we've been buying a lot of CPUs for the inference work and the the you know the data center loads and uh that was an early sign that we sent to course members.

We're like watch ARM for example or even AMD it's super cheap and if you look what's happened to these stocks it's I mean they've gone meteoric we've gone from this foundation of $200 at AMD now to $334 that's up more than 50% which is phenomenal. Uh and if you look at ARM, another CPU provider, you know, you've been bobbing around this range here of about 100 to about 158 now trading for 215.

You know, that's after giving back money today. You know, from the crazy rally we saw last week after Intel earnings. This is all actually reasonable because companies need more CPUs now. The the tokenbased chat bots are trained. Now we need CPUs to use them for inference. We're going to need more fiber optic connections in the future.

We're going to need more 5G and 6G nodes for edge AI. Like the future book is already being written. It's it's pretty visible. And software is going to be a big layer that wins in this. And you know, I think SpaceX is going to be a big player, especially as a prime defense contractor, sort of a neoprime they call it.

Uh this is basically somebody who puts together weapons or satellites or whatever for the government. and they have a contract with the government that enables them to bid uh on on projects the government needs even under classified statuses or whatever. But anyway, what's really interesting here is as we d-risk Tesla, we're d-risk SpaceX, we're actually increasing the risk for Tesla.

This is where we're going to start talking about some of the Tesla earnings because there are some problems that we have to worry about when it comes to the Tesla pro well issues. First of all, a lot of people when it came to this earnings are like, "Oh my gosh, Elon has finally admitted that hardware 3 doesn't have the capability to achieve unsupervised FSD." People who follow Tesla already knew this.

Okay, not only if you use hardware 3 did you already know this, but if you actually paid attention to the last few earnings calls, this has not been a surprise. Elon Musk has said, "We are probably going to have to do something about hardware 3." You know, whether it's an upgrade or this that or whatever.

Now, what they're talking about is either offering some kind of trade-in credits or allowing you to get retrofits in sort of like mini factories that'll upgrade these vehicles and there's a lot of work to sort of disassemble the components of the car, put the new computer in, and upgrade the cameras and all this.

It's going to eat into cost. It's going to be expensive. He says that service centers will be overwhelmed, too slow, and too inefficient. So, we're going to have to do microactories. That's expensive. This is a real liability for Tesla. It's been a known issue. Now, we're just making it a little bit more clear.

And guess what? It perfectly aligns with the idea that as we meme SpaceX up, Tesla costs are going to go up and their sales are petering out. Okay, a little bit of growth year-over-year here, but that's comparing to a crapole Doge period of time. You're going to push Tesla down. So, imagine you meme Tesla for SpaceX from like a $2 trillion IPO valuation.

You squeeze the puppy on a low float up to like two or sorry up to like three or four trillion dollars. Then you use that as people are selling their Tesla stock to go buy SpaceX cuz they want Elon, right? But Tesla's going to go through a little bit of a hard phase here. Tesla stock comes down. Maybe it's trading for $800 billion or half a trillion dollars, whatever, 500 billion.

really easy, especially once SpaceX is in the indices, to take some of that capital and go do an LBO, a leveraged buyout of Tesla. I see it happening. Elon, guess what? Has super voting shares over at SpaceX. He has class B super voting shares. Now he has liquidity thanks to the exchanges. He has a meme squeeze and valuation thanks to lowflat.

You got a fanboy stock. He then has 79% control of SpaceX, which he can then acquire or utilize to acquire a large controlling interest in Tesla. He could probably push his Tesla control to over 50%. Now, I don't know that with certainty. I am obviously speculating on this, but everything I'm going to tell you about Tesla, just think about it in the frame of mind of, "Holy smokes, no wonder Elon Musk is all of a sudden bagging about how we're going to have to manu we're going to have to make mini factories in cities." Hold on, just listen for a moment to WHAT HE SAID.

WE'RE GOING TO go into cities and build factories. Okay, first of all, factories don't belong in cities, but that's where your people and your customers are. I understand that's the most expensive place to do it. And this is all as as goodwill. This is all as as a warranty claim, right? Meanwhile, Meanwhile, even though we're going to have massive essentially warranty claims because of this FSD issue, Tesla decided to tell us, "Well, guys, actually, actually, our cars need so little service, which is true.

We're actually going to take $230 million of one-time benefits from warranty trowns because we've done so little on warranty work. You got to give Tesla credit here. The cars do not need a lot of service. When they do, they suck, but generally they need a whole lot less service than than a combustion engine vehicle.

We know that. It's one of the reasons we like Tesla. This is Elon sandbagging. Okay, we knew this was coming. It's a sandbag. All right, let's keep going. Now, Tesla tells us they want to buy an unnamed hardware company for up to $2 billion. And they're going to increase their capital expenditures from $20 billion to $25 billion.

Previous plan was 20. Yeah. From 20 to 25. Previous plan was 20. They're also going to build a $3 billion research fab in Austin. Do you see what he's doing here? Like I I I just I want to like like and not you cuz I know you get it, but like I just want to shake somebody uh and be like, "Dude, this is all a sandbag." He's telling you, "We're going to build expensive factories to go solve a problem, a liability we've created.

Then we're going to yolo $3 billion into a factory that is not going to make money to research chips after Dojo was basically canned and now we're going to bring it back as Dojo 3." So, you're literally just lining up reasons to not like Tesla stock right now. That is bad short-term for Tesla momentum.

You know Tesla's also trading for over a five peg you know price to earnings growth rate based on the next four years of EPS growth right so you take the forward PE ratio for the end of the year divide it by the earnings growth that you expect at the company for the next four years and you get a ratio when that ratio is above you know especially for Tesla above two starts getting decently expensive in my opinion gets a little overvalued.

Buffett uses a similar but slightly different version of this, but he considers those growth rates as well, which is fascinating. You want to know what am I going to think in terms of net, right? But anyway, if I go look at the uh Tesla numbers right now, I'm just going to pull them up right now. I've got a growth rate on EPS of 43, which is great, but I only have 1.63 cents of EPS expected.

to $163. You know, if I'm trading at $390 divided by a buck 63 forward earnings for the end of the year forward earnings, I'm trading at like a $240 PE ratio. And then don't look at the trailing numbers. A lot of people make this mistake. How I do PEG is I go forward forward four years of 43% EPS growth.

Still trading at a 5.56 peg. It is expensive at the same time as Elon is sandbagging it. If this actually went to fair value, 1.63 times 1.67 times 43, it trade for about $117. $117 on Tesla is this is going to be your put option, right? I'm not saying this is definitely going to happen, but $117 divided by 377 that represents a downside of about 69%.

Couldn't have picked a better number. and 69% downside would be 31% of $1.42 trillion $440 billion Elon SpaceX will for $440 billion to acquire it. So SpaceX is creating a put option under Tesla and that's how Elon is going to get his voting control for this company. My opinion people are going to call me crazy.

It's fine. Now, technically Tesla did beat, but remember, expectations have dumped like 60% as as car sales have fallen. SpaceX bought like 18% of the 7,000 Cybert trucks registered in Q4. I love my Cybertruck. You know, the bed isn't waterproof, which pisses me off, but I really like the Cybertruck.

It's very nice on the inside. I think it's a great car. I think the steer by wire is badass. I like it. It's a really cool car. I'm a big fan. So, I'm not here dumping on Tesla. You know, my dad still rides my Black X around. uh loves it. My wife drives uh my black S uh she loves it. It's great. She loves FSD.

And I always joked in the past like once my wife or my father-in-law start loving FSD, we're probably like at like max saturation for where, you know, you can't get any more hype for FSD in the stock. Probably getting close to that now. But anyway, you know, we do have some problems. Robo taxi is now expanding to Houston and Dallas with a 25 square mile region.

But this is all happening a lot slower than expected. We're supposed to be in like 20 cities by the end of last year and it's not happening. In my opinion, this there are two reasons for this. Uh one, which is the more likely reason is there are just a lot of edge cases. And the problem with edge cases is you could have a neural net, but every time you run into an edge case, you have to train that scenario over and over again.

And then as you then rerun the algorithm neural net, you end up screwing up other stuff. And so it's this really hard like sometimes it feels like one step forward, two steps back scenario when it comes to uh algorithm training. Uh you know, we've seen it in in our real estate AI that's coming out in two months.

Like we're really excited, but yeah, I mean that's what happens with AI and for driving you can't have those edge cases. You know, with real estate AI, you could deal with the edge cases. With driving, you die. So it's a problem. So that's why, you know, robo taxi has been expanding slower likely because of the massive level of edge case scenarios, which unfortunately, you know, Whimo's had a little bit more time working those edge cases.

And I'm not here to shill Whimo or Liar or whatever. I'm just saying they've had more time on edge cases. There's another small part of me, and I think this is why robo taxis only work in certain geoences. It's either because they're being cautious or it's because they're mapping. that is entirely unconfirmed and could be wrong, but if they're mapping, then they're way behind Whimo.

So, I'm hoping it's just dealing with edge case scenarios, but this is to be expected. It's it's going to take time. Now, Bloomberg is also reporting that Elon Musk is now searching for sites to build solar cells, potentially as much as 100 gawatts of manufacturing. I also think this is another way Elon is trying to sandbag the stock because that's very expensive to do and it is a commoditized industry.

China dominates us when it comes to producing solar panels. They're better than the Germans now at solar panels, the Q cells, and they're way cheaper. You even with the tariffs considered, it's a very low margin business. So, I don't know why they're doing that. But I will tell you this, I've been very frustrated with Tesla Solar because I've been trying to get Tesla solar on our office.

So, because we're running so many CPUs and GPUs, and they're not all at one location. We have them in multiple different locations. But at this one location, I mean, we got like a $1,500 or more power bill at one of these locations where we're running a lot of CPUs just like 24/7. And it's crazy. Uh, but anyway, uh, you know, I've had to email them probably like 10 times and I'm like, "Hey, where when is this going to happen?" So, like here, I'll just let me I think I can throw this up uh on screen here.

So, Matthew Burbina, Wednesday, January 14th, confirmed that the actual outlets don't need to be removed, but whatever is plugged in next to the main service panel needs to be removed prior to inspection. As long as it's removed, we'll be okay. Please confirm. I wrote yes, confirmed. Mind you, I replied within like, you know, 6 hours, same day.

So, I'm on it. Then, we got HOA approval, which I told him, yay, we got HA approval. That was a month ago. A month ago. And I've emailed them since multiple times. I'm like, hey, where do we stand? Approval one month ago. That was, you know, seven days ago. And there are other change were chains where I've sent them like, are we scheduling?

Like, what are we doing? Is this happening? No reply, no phone call. I literally have the Tesla plans. I have the permits. Uh, we have everything. All we have to do is Tesla, get off your ass and and say you're going to schedule the day. It's not that hard. I I'll literally I'll show you the plan set literally have it right here and you could look it up.

This is our our office address for house hack right there. This is where the plans are. You know, the solar panels or whatever. And I'm like, what are you guys doing? You know, here's the uh the little uh uh Tesla logo, and you could see when they uh when they started this right here, Tesla logo, November 2025 or whatever.

Like, all this stuff is ready to go. and Tesla's sandbagging it while Elon's like, "Oh yeah, we want to make more solar panels." So, I'm like, hm, what's actually happening here? Well, it turns out that, and this is my opinion, but it turns out that there's talk that Tesla really wants to transition to their own solar panels that they are manufacturing.

And I think there's a really big lag between, hey, let's just try to get everybody else on our own product and let's wait to get all that stuff manufactured and then we'll start doing people solar panels. Meanwhile, they're not communicating or they the battery prices for the home batteries are too expensive from China due to tariffs and they're like, "We need to sandbag this." So then I go look at their energy margins.

Their gross energy margins are still fine, 39.5%. That's actually pretty decent, 39.5% on energy margins. But if you go to their actual earnings call, they tell you this, the overall US residential solar market is going through a bit of a correction after the loss of the home order tax credit last year, uh Tesla.

And then we see strong demand shaping up for the second half of the year. Yeah, probably to align with your your own panels that you want to sell and you're ice sandbagging people until then, which I guess maybe could be bullish for the longer term, but not right now. Tesla introduced a lease product that allows us to capture the tax credit ourselves.

So maybe maybe they don't want to do people who are buying it cuz we're just going to buy the panels outright and they want to do lease. I don't know what's going on, but there's a lack of communication. Team Tesla, something's going on there. I I I don't know. It's weird, but I'm I'm trying to put two and two together.

And I think some of this honestly could just all come down to Elon saying, "Yeah, yeah, we're going to use our own panels." When the reality is what they're actually trying to do is they're trying to sandbag their numbers in 2026 so the stock purposefully sells off and Elon can buy it cheap with Star SpaceX.

I'm not trying to be a bear. I'm not shorting Tesla. I want to be crystal clear about that. I still have Tesla in retirement accounts. uh HSAs like yeah I want it to go up. Okay, but I'm just putting pieces of the puzzle together here. This is really interesting me to me because you know Elon's had great success in the past.

Starlink, PayPal, SpaceX rockets, Jeff Bezos copying them, the Model S, X3 Y, but now we have serious concerns about scaling the robo taxi. Are we actually going to go into cyber cab production? Is that actually going to happen? They say that's going to happen, but it's gotten delayed. We are kind of playing this terraab yolo with spending three billion dollars on a factory, you know, a research fab outside of Austin to, you know, screw around with chips.

While at the same time, sales are declining. The Cybertruck is exclusively almost getting bought by SpaceX. We're spending more money on other capbacks as well. and our margins are declining unless we take one-time tariff or warranty exemptions which make our margins look better while our valuation is too high.

Like Elon shouldn't even want to buy Tesla at this price because it's just too expensive. PEG ratio is too high. So on top of this, you are also still recognizing FSD dollars. So in other words, we now have 1.28 28 million people who have uh either an FSD subscription or have fully paid. A lot of those people have probably already full fully paid.

So, we're not yielding that terribly much. But, we did get an increase of $180,000 subscribers, which works out to about $18 million a month, which is great. But $18 million per month from FSD subscriptions just recently added works out to about $216 million a year does not hold a candle to $25 billion of capex that they're planning for factories or whatever for the Optimus or the uh cyber cap production which really suggests we're going through this very odd process where energy margins are good but they're stalling for For some reason, Wall Street has been pricing in massive growth on the energy sector and margins had been very high.

It's still high at 39.5%, but it's stalling, which kind of makes me like they're blaming lumpy mega pack sales, but I kind of think they're purposely sandbagging. And they're just going to point the finger at, you know, the market or the loss of the tax credit or this that or whatever. They still ended up getting $380 million of regulatory credits, which represents 77% of their net income, which is insane.

They still shill the idea that the Optimus factory is coming, which again is more capex. And so the whole point of what I'm going through here is a lot of what's happening in the next few months is spend, spend, spend, spend, spend, spend, spend, spend, spend, and not a lot of near-term upside, which creates the perfect hole for SpaceX to swoop in and take up.

In fact, in fact, you I kid you not, the CFO, the chief financial officer literally said that we should expect negative free cash flow for the rest of the year. You ready for this? We've already started placing orders for research for the research semiconductor fab in Austin for solar manufacturing equipment uh and you know, other semis.

While this may seem like a lot and will have an impact of negative free cash flow for the rest of the year, we think this will be the right strategy. sandbagging on purpose. It's not just solar that they're trying to build out. It's also their own semis. Dojo 3 that they're trying to build out while robo taxis are supposed to be getting built out and scaled while Optimus is supposed to be getting build built out and scaled.

Now, Goldman is still bullish. They're bullish robo taxi, Optimus, and FSD. But they're also a lot of these companies like Morgan Stanley especially are probably bullish because they want to lend Elon Musk money and they want to participate in the IPO. So, when you wrap all of this together, to me, the near-term for Tesla sucks.

It's probably going to get beat by a meme squeeze of a stock SpaceX. The thing is probably going to rocket to the moon with how little float they put out, and every single dude is going to want this stock. So, I'm not bearish Elon Inc., I think short term Tesla's got some problems, but in the long term, Elon's building control.

That's what this is all about. That is the name of the game. And understand, when Tesla tells you they're going to spend, spend spend $25 billion of capex, I want you to ask, where is that coming from? Ah, okay. Well, let's see here. 48.6 million in cash and receivables. I've got bills of 30.6. Okay, so 48.65 minus 30.66 of bills.

So I have $18 billion of free cash and $14 billion of cars that are selling very slowly and long-term debt of $21 billion. We do not have an extra $25 billion to spend on capex and our cash flow is already going to be negative. So, we need the money injection from somewhere. If they start issuing shares at Tesla, uh, which would make it a little harder to acquire, but could start tanking the momentum, right?

They could actually issue some shares or Elon could sell some shares, start the downward slide and kind of let the market do its thing. Then SpaceX comes in and swoops it up. I know a lot of that is speculative, but I want to give you the piece of the puzzle, my reaction to it. Let me know what you think.

This is the kind of analysis we do, by the way, over at mekevin.com. We got some really cool products coming out course members within the next couple weeks. Uh really excited to share what we've built and uh yeah, stay tuned. all on the next one. Goodbye and good luck. Oh, small note. Also, really happy by the way with my trip to New York with Lauren.

I just want to tell you a few things really quick if you want to stick around and hear it, great. If not, no worries. The real content is over. So, just trying to be respectful here. But uh we ran into uh Frankie Grande over on Broadway, which I thought was really cool. Uh Frankie Grande, we um uh we watched him on Big Brother 12 years ago when Derek won in season 16, which was like one of the best seasons ever.

We watched the Titanique show and I guess he's the captain of of the the Tit the Titanic. And I freaking love the Titanic. I was like, "The ship was designed to withstand four compartments filling, but not five. The ship cannot sink. She's made of iron or whatever. She's made of iron. I assure you she could ship.

I I can't remember this one, but but I love the Titanic." So, that was really great. Highly recommend Titanique. Uh, if you like kind of like silly Tit Titanic inspired Selenion kind of stuff, Lauren loved it. I wasn't expecting to like it. I really liked it. Uh Lauren bought a bunch of stuff like clothing and I bought a gong.

Um more on that later. We did this underground uh catacombs tour which was more like an underground sort of burial vault. Uh this is at I think there's only one in New York for the Catholic church churches. You could probably Google that. Candlelight candlelight catacombs tour New York. It was cool.

It was worth it. You budget like an hour. Uh, kind of cool, especially on a rainy cold day. It was kind of cool. Went to check out the NASDAQ with Lauren. That was really cool. Uh, Batsu was hilarious. If you want like a ridiculous improv show with like crazy Japanese stuff, it's like it's a total insult to Japanese uh culture, cuz Japanese culture isn't like that.

But if you like people making fun of ninjas and Japanese stuff while shooting each other with paintballs, that was fantastic. Uh and uh broadly I have to say we just had a great time escaping for a few days. So thank you so much. I I always appreciate you. Y you y'all enable this. Obviously not only that but uh what we're doing with Houseack and what we do with real estate and the courses uh that that enables uh you know not only being able to share this content but uh share experiences with y'all.

So anyway, thank you so much for being here and watching. Uh sorry it was on the lengthier sidpra there, financial analyst and YouTuber. Meet Kevin. Always great to get your take.
