Hello. This is an analysis of institutional stocks. It seems that many people have been showing a lot of love recently for leveraged investing, which allows you to aggressively grow your capital with a relatively small amount in the era of AI and Big Tech. Soksul investing three times in semiconductors and the Nasdaq 100 TQQ investing three times and QLD is twice the Nasdaq 100.
I am also accumulating $5 at a time [for music] through a regular investment method. I will share this insight with you, including how to invest safely . The pinnacle of investment is ultimately heartbreak. May 1, 2025. It was a phase where the major uptrend was just beginning. If you look at it up until recently, you can see that the annualized return is actually quite significant compared to the original stock .
So, it is a clearly proven fact that investing strategically is effective. The important thing is that if these leveraged products become your main assets, your life can become miserable and somewhat exhausting. So, I hope you consider that even if you invest just about 20% in CDs in the form of satellite or edge assets, you can still generate the returns you can expect.
The reason for this is compound interest. Due to the nature of leverage, it is great that it goes up by 30% when it rises, but because it drops by 30% when it falls, even if it records a rise of 10%, the point is that leverage is too dangerous. And timing is also very important. It is almost impossible for us to get the timing right.
If you invest for 6 months, it is 86%, but if you go wrong for another month, it is -2%. The timing is difficult, and losing three times as much mental energy is no easy task . That is why we use the standard deviation . The standard deviation essentially means that, when approaching it statistically assuming the normal distribution we learned in school, it falls within a range.
Like this, mathematically, how much it moves within the range is 1 Shima with a 3% probability of 68.3% . Then, the 95% probability—almost all of the probability— moves over a wider range. This is 95%. It is 2 Sigma. You could say 3 Sigma is practically 100%, but since it rarely comes, I will exclude it.
Anyway, the strategy is to calculate this number within the statistics and buy if it drops by more than one or two standard deviations. It essentially means approaching the statistical concepts of data distribution and volatility to buy at the lowest point. So, in the case of the inside, the current 1 spinach is about 7.1.
The statistical figure for about a year is 7.1. It 's 1. There is no significant difference even now . What I mean is, if we look at most of the statistics like this, it means that within the range, it went up by 7.1% and went down by 7.1% . How is daily volatility? So, that means the daily fluctuation range is mostly within 7.1% .
So, the suggestion is to buy when it drops below 7.1%, as that marks the bottom of daily volatility. So what happens then? hmm. look. This is a lie. It is currently recording 39.5, but anyway, here, on January 4, 2022, it is $74.21. It's $39.50 right now, so you can consider it to have been cut in half .
In a broad sense, the reason we are investing this way is that since we are investing three times the underlying value of the semiconductor industry ETF called SOX, the logic is that Nvidia or Broadcom are unlikely to go bankrupt . And there is a standard for the decline, you know. There is a standard to buy if it drops below 7.1 .
And of course, there are three principles: you must prepare the seed money for split buying based on how many times the statistics drop below 7.1 on a 1-sigma basis and on a 2-sigma basis. If that happens, take a look. It started at $71 . It is January 2022. Then, like this... oh, right, this one is 6.77.
At this time, the standard deviation is. Since it has been 6.77 from January 2022 until now, you are buying if it drops further than 6.77 or 77, right? 6.78 Buy. 13.18 Purchase. I am buying even though the price has dropped significantly. Then, 11.57 is obviously a buy. If you buy like this, it was a total of 134 times.
In that case, the total return on investment comes out to 53%. You understand what I mean, right? As for the price. If you invest blindly for the long term, leverage is naturally dangerous. It eventually melts away due to negative compound interest . The fees are expensive, too. The fee is 71.07, but if it is $41.26 based on yesterday's Friday closing price of $6, then it means there is a profit.
It might be a bit boring, but since it involves leverage, the point is that while others are working hard on one-fold investments, there is a way to generate large profits with such a small investment. Please take a look . Now, actually, I’m going to talk about QD today, but just in case you’re curious, I’ll explain Q as well.
Now, TQQ also has a similar tendency to sauces. However, as you saw earlier, the volatility is a bit smaller and, well, the upward momentum is slightly lacking compared to the upside, but on the other hand, it has a somewhat safer aspect. Likewise, around January 4th. It was 40 dollars in 22 years. But if you look at it now, it's about $54, so it has increased by roughly 30% .
Looking at the numbers . But if you look, it has risen by 136% . Although it recorded slightly fewer occurrences than the actual rate, well , similarly, the point is that there is a significant difference between simply holding out for long-term investment and buying based on standard deviation . I hope you will take a look at it .
The standard deviation is roughly fluctuating between 4.4 and 4.3 right now . I conservatively give about 4.5 to the team members every day at 8 PM, so please take a look; there is almost no variation. Because the NASDAQ 100 is a safer product than you might think . You can view QQQ and TQQ as instruments where you can truly experience the charm of long-term investment, despite their high volatility .
Now, today's protagonist is QLD. I'm going to try saving 5 dollars a day on a regular basis . Okay, there is TQQ, QLD, and QQQ. They are 1x, 2x, and 3x Lasdaq leveraged products, respectively. The period is 5 years, so it's longer than you'd think. However, anyway, if you invest for the long term, would n't you be able to multiply fivefold?
Then, almost all of them increased by 100% . But if you look closely, the important thing is that there isn't much difference between the double and triple versions . The point is that if you simply hold it for the long term, this 3x leverage might actually be disadvantageous when the decline becomes significant at a certain point due to compounding .
Now, about QLD. It can show a safe and steady upward trend. Because it rises like this when it goes up and only drops by half when it goes down, the point where you can achieve double the results with minimal effort lies right here. Uh, if you compare the results, we were ahead for five years . Of course, there is the point that it will rise in the long term, but uh, since the standard difference is around 2.9, we can roughly judge that the daily volatility of QLD is within 3% .
So, uh, I mean there isn't a big difference . Now, take a look. The reason is that it's 71.81 dollars. It is currently $42, so it has roughly doubled . The rate of return is also 100%. So, it has gone up by almost double . There isn't much difference . So, whenever I give to the members, I tell them that the QDs are collected in a fixed manner .
It is a point that trends upwards, so it drops less when it falls and rises a lot when it rises, making it good for steady accumulation . Since I have points like this, I am going to try to accumulate $5 at a time . Let me summarize. I think today's broadcast was probably helpful to those of you who are accumulating Soksseul and TQQ based on standard deviation.
And as for QLD, for those who feel a bit burdened by investing in something with such high volatility, you can just accumulate it as a liquidation . Now, if you look at it this way, with Toss, there are no fees for amounts of $5. So, it's good to keep going steadily, and the cost isn't a big burden.
But the point is that the results could be better than expected . It is double the leverage of the Nasdaq. Rather, it's about investing aggressively with a small seed. Because the stock market is doing so well, people have run out of funds a bit . This is a bit of a crisis. Buying when it drops once or twice is our choice, isn't it?
When choosing which stocks to buy, there are people who have to sell again when the price drops like this because they no longer have the capital to average down. So it is a duty. duty. There are many cases where the bubble bursts again at times like this . In times like this, you keep steadily accumulating, and when it drops to within a standard deviation of 3%, you double your purchases.
So, since the amount is n't very burdensome, you buy double the amount when the price drops . So I think it will be okay. Since the legal burden is double, the emotional distress is double. Do n't just invest. If you approach this strategically, investing will be fun, you will attract market attention, and your results will be good.
Daily volatility mostly moves between approximately -3% and +3% . I come about 40 times a year . So, please take a rough, relaxed look at your seed capital. Since it is $5, you probably don't need to set aside a large amount separately . However, the conclusion is a strategy to generate significant profits by investing in AI and Big Tech when the stocks rise over the long term.
So, don't get too worked up when it drops, stays flat, or moves sideways . You can think of it as maximizing profits during a significant long-term rally . I'll say it again: if you make it your main focus, it might be a bit tiring. So, the fun of investing is seeing how steadily you accumulate edge assets grow after three or six months .
So, I think it would be helpful if you saved up every day like me, or if you tried QLD as well . Thank you.
